Man I was in Year 6, Primary School when I was listening to this. I'm now 23, with a wife, child, dog and a house. High pressure job, just biding time before we move to a better area and build a future for the little one. Odd to think that in 8 years he'll be the age I was when I heard this song.

This is not just a song coz it heals, it will always be relevant. Early 2000s Jay was the Dynasty album, Blueprint 1/2 and the Black album. He was on fire then but it was definitely a different vibe than late 2000s Jay-Z. He was on his mogul shit at this time in the late 2000s. Early 2000s still had some Marcy in him lol.
