Absolutely, but the car hire firm and the Air B&B have absolutely no obligation to provide those details to this man because this man here is not the police. This guy here isn’t anything other than a television investigator, he has no legal business questioning anyone especially not witnesses whom have already been cleared by police. He has zero legal capacity or authority to do anything ! And the two men have no legal duty to speak to him either, their only obligation is to cooperate and speak to the police which they have done.

To be honest this changes my opinion a lot. Those men weren’t even at the festival. What man would go out of his way to meet up with 2 men he had known for 2 days by himself after a festival they weren’t even at? @@Storm-xx4buexactly, the police have stated that the two men, were fully cooperative, they were questioned and cleared to go back home to the U.K. The police have their details if the need to contact them again and the two men have stated they will happily speak to the police again if need be. This guy here is not the police, he has absolutely no legal clout or legal authority to do anything ! Equally the two men have no legal obligation to speak to him either ! The only people any witness has to speak to is the police. If this bozo starts releasing photos of witnesses, (witnesses whom have already been cleared by police) then he will land himself a huge lawsuit for harassment and doxing.

This sounds like blackmail to me. He wants to talk to them and if they don't come forward and speak to him, he's going to dox them. And, I note, he's traveled to Tenerife to do this, when they're in the UK. What authority does he have to question them anyhow? He's not even police. He's another Peter Folding, in my opinion. Its a strange case but most things can be explained by the young man probably being off his head and therefore wasnt making the best decisions. When i was younger i went back to strangers properties multiple times, and also found myself going for a wander. He probably veered off the path to try and find shade.

THIS is what's hampering police, the likes of him. Not ppl online having opinions or pondering what could have happened.

You have to be a local or fairly wealthy to own a house in Masca. It is expensive I've stayed there years ago when it wasn't so well known and not as expensive but even then it was not an affordable place to buy. These days I cannot even afford to stay there in the most basic accomodation. The resorts are cheaper, most of Masca is residential. They are not criminals.

Nobody is under any obligation to speak to this man, who on earth does he think he is.

But if the police haven’t treat this as a crime scene and instead a missing persons - then there’s a chance they hadn’t looked more in depth for clues etc . These two people seem to scarper back to the uk pretty rapid. It’s a bit strange that if J was their friend - why would he leave their place so early? And to be dehydrated and no battery? You’d use their charger surely- you’d have food -? Take water? This lad had to leave their premises quick - and supposedly witnesses say they saw him walking brisk in the opposite direction.

That’s what the English do… just like in the case of Madeline Mcaine in Portugal. They rejected the help as they have something like us called secret of justice that we don’t give the media what’s happening so the guilty don’t get away and know what is the police investigating.

This man's track record is appalling. Wasnt he responsible for finding out what happened to Madeleine McCann? Shes still unaccounted for!

Why didn't they drive Jay back to his apartment. Have they any drug conviction in the u.k. Tenerife is riddled with drugs. Why stay in the middle of nowhere. Just imagine if you happened to be the last person to see someone, it had been all totally innocent & then that person later went missing. The two guys who invited Jay back to their apartment strangely gave him no lift to somewhere convenient. Yet, Jay was alone when he asked directions from the lady at the neighbouring property.

It turns out he’s no alter boy. Criminal has probably done a bunk, and laughing from a distance.

They said he left to get cigarettes and was spotted on camera at the time the lads said . Nothing to do with the 2 lads from uk

The questions that need answering: Who was the american women that drove lucy up the mountains to look for Jay? Was the American woman present when lucy apparently found the air bnb & knocked on the door where she was greeted by the 2 unknown men? Why did lucy have her back to the camera in the media interview? Why did the old lady that claims to have talked to jay that morning about bus times also have her back to the camera? Was it out of fear due to knowing who might have dealt with Jay? Why did jays dad keep walking away from the camera on his interview leaving us feeling like the questions got too hot for him to handle? Especially when the media only asked "do you think the british police should be out here" he walked away straight away. What was so difficult about that question? Why did jays mother say in her interview that if someone has jay just let him go? Why would your mind go to kidnap instead of the most likely answer which would be accident/collapsed or even lost up the mountain due to being intoxicated? I have many more questions but i wont bore you

Ive literally just came Back from the place he went missing I went to have a look. The cafe he was seen the bus stop is a 5 min walk down the way he would of been told to walk. It’d a road and a path. There are big stones put there to stop cars potentially falling off the edge. There is very little chance he fell off the edge, very very unlikely. Unless he jumped. Going up there tonight has just confirmed to me he’s been taken.

Right... and British Police have the report made by the Police in Tenerife and both middle-aged men are free... nor Spanish nor British Police think they are suspects (at least in this moment).

This is the first time I have heard the mention of a drug involvement in this ‘ disappearance’ . It seems virtually all the other news outlets have avoided the most obvious and plausible explanation of this violent thug dealing in the rave clubs , perhaps overstepping the mark and upsetting the local dealers. It would seem no one saw anything and I don’t think he will be found alive
