It is offered on 15A for $569900 or on 18A for 609900. 2021 Taxes were $7518 as a non homestead. I believe Gary Taylor built it in 1992.

The space is beautiful! The outside is beautiful although it could use some updating landscaping and maybe a different coloring paint job on the house! That being said, the inside looks like a throwback to 1982! Wow you're talking about a lot of money because it needs a serious and I mean a serious remodeling job! The kitchen needs a serious remodeling and updating job and what's up with that pony wall with the pass through? There's no reason why the main floor bedroom shouldn't have a bathroom that connects directly to it there's more than enough space so now you're talking about redoing the plumbing! I stopped looking at the video at that point because because in terms of dollar it's going to cost! Beautiful house beautiful and location, needs some serious remodeling job perhaps perhaps they should get Hillary Farr from the TV show "Love It or List It" to do the updating job Then you will get big bucks for a place like that gladly!
