My wife is 8 months pregnant and as she was driving today, she got involved in a terrible head collision accident. Her car was pushed away 15 metres away while she was inside. I thank God she survived and the baby is okay. God is great.

I love how in tune Jay is to his wife's emotions. Before she started crying, he picked up that she was getting emotional and immediately put a hand on her leg to bring comfort. I think a lot of men don't know what to do when a woman cries. For me, a simple hug means everything in that moment. It says, "I'm here for you and I've got you!" There is tremendous feeling of safety inside of a husband's arms next to his chest because, of course, that's where his heart is. Women also need to allow their husband to comfort them and be okay with being vulnerable. ❤ Good job, Jay!

Condolences on the loss of your boyfriend, and on the guilt that you are carrying. I wonder if he "knew" in his heart of hearts that behind your "unfair" behaviours, you are really a good person? Otherwise, why would he have put up with it? And why would you be so aware of it yourself now? What are you doing to forgive yourself? Have you tried "talking" to him in your mind, or writing him a letter to express your regret at how you behaved? Perhaps the letter can be symbolically burned in a private little ceremony out in nature where you can send healing love to him, asking him to forgive you. I do hope you can forgive yourself, so that you can heal and live a full and happy life @@lisagrimes4801

Interestingly I wonder if my last 10 years alone haven’t been so good because I’m in a relationship with myself. I’m experiencing many of the same things I would with a partner but with just myself. I grew up in the 1950s and 60s when the ideas you talk about were very rare in our society and especially in my family. Thank you for giving me more love and depth and understanding in my own relationship with myself.

We bring ourselves and our "stuff" into any relationship...so, if we haven't worked that out, it'll be reflected back and create more ongoing issues, until we compassionately heal. We contain all of it inside...so relationship with others or self, it'll be there. We most often blame others for hurting us....when the truth is, they are merely triggering the pain we already contain within. Be mindful to how your internal dialogue is. If you are self critical, saying a lot of "shoulds" to yourself, and so on, you will continue to have problems in relation to yourself and others. When we deeply heal our core wounds, question our narratives, challenge our cognitive distortions and biases...we open up the possibility to show up for ourselves fully, having our own back, self efficacy. We then attract others who will reflect that back. May you be well 💫

I got married to my husband a couple of months after I turned 18. He was 24. We literally knew each other 3 months before saying I do. It felt so natural and as though we were meant for each other. Almost 22 years and 2 kids later he is still my best friend. This is not to say our relationship is perfect but to us it’s right..like we were literally created for one another…to learn and grow with. We are definitely soul mates. After all this time we are still learning things about each other and our relationship. It’s a beautiful thing. Never stop learning about each other and taking interest in each other. That’s such a key part. Committing yourself to a life partner is a journey. Sometimes that journey seems smooth and easy and sometimes the journey is bumpy and difficult. And it is lifelong. You have to embrace all the seasons. Partners teach us a lot about ourselves also. It can be messy and beautiful all at the same time. We get this one life..make the most of it no matter who or where you are. Love and be loved ❤

Watching Radhi getting emotional and teary and then owning it and not apologising - so appreciate that. Also, appreciate Jay supporting Radhi in that moment and helping her calm down. I personally struggle a lot with expressing when I’m emotional infront of even closest of people. If at all I do tear up, I find myself apologising again and again.. as I feel that I’m embarrassing people around me. Watching Radhi made me realise that it’s so ok to cry and not feel bad about it. I’m encouraged to be more vulnerable around loved ones.

It’s so interesting, I have been a coach for 32 years. I have had, basically strangers, tell me in their first session their deepest and darkest. I play my cards so close to my vest, personally. I mean, I share with my family, friends and clients antidotally, when appropriate, in order to help them. But I don’t really show vulnerability much. I am extremely successful in helping others. I could be even more so probably if I allowed myself to be more vulnerable… not “in control “… Lots to ponder 😊

Agreed and to add being abused and never being treated as a human but more like a slave. Made to feel bad for wanting affection or a date night. I don’t see perfect because perfection takes time. When you love someone you love with them all their faults. Changing someone for your ego isn’t a good gesture because it leads to hatred. I got more love than hatred for anyone but I will never love again or trust anyone with my heart. Assuming I had the perfect life, and assuming it could only get better with the ups and downs. Only to realize it’s been a lie and scam all while being abused and made to feel like trash. Broke me and building from scratch wasn’t easy. I got my life back on track and praying daily God made everything that harmed me take its rightful place. Won my lawsuit and living like I never have not knowing what happiness was. Very interesting though .

What stood out to me in this video is when Radhi got emotional, she started to explain that people don't have to be worried. It shows that she grew up, but her marriage to Jay is a safe place for her to show her emotions and where people truly care about her.

The most important thing is you both understand your cultural roots. It's so-so romantic to see you both talking together please bring Radhinka once every six months at least, there is so much to learn from you both as a couple and also as a person, it feels much more romantic than any typical scene of any movie or anything. For me, it's always a treat to watch you both together.

Thanks for this beautiful share. You both are so precious💖. I just want Radhi to know one thing: You ARE perfect with ALL the emotions and ups and downs that you have. Us women especially, we are made to experience life in cycles (every month especially due to our hormonal changes), and to gain wisdom from that we NEED to go through moments of doubt, solitude and grief. This world currently is built for a linear life, and I guess I just want you to know: I see you and I honor you in your full expression with ALL that that includes💖. Bless you, love🙏🏼.

I really enjoy listening to you guys. I've been with my husband for 30 years, 22 of them married. But I'm finding I've changed in ways that I feel good about me and evolved, but my husband thinks he has not and has a hard accepting we both have grown up and changed despite thinking that no changed has happened. Life and our experiences have changed us. This makes its hard to talk to him on a deep level because he is not open to to moving forward differently. He always refers to the past. I know neither of us has been perfect, but to me is learning and moving past it and moving in a positive and loving way. But its hard. Sometimes its like taking one step forward and half step back.

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. kzread.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Wow I felt this episode so much. I learned so much. I feel the same when it comes to what she was saying about striving for being perfect and the reality is we will never be. Jay sharing his experiences and her not liking to over share because of what others may perceive is so true. I feel she had a paradigm shift. I did. There’s so many things I will change. When she said sometimes your not ready for what your hearing it so spot on. Until your aware of the information being giving to you, you will not understand it, you have to be ready for it. Amazing episode. I will rewatch again!

It was intriguing how good they both are about not interrupting one another but they interrupt their own statements with some frequency. I nodded/giggled when she commented about learning to be more succinct because I was getting so lost in these long, disconnected sentences. I sometimes felt like I was on explanatory highways to nowhere but they appeared to completely comprehend what the other meant😅. It might be just me.
