Es increible haberle visto en una entrevista tan extensa, siempre me ha encantado el mindset de Jay, realmente si fue una gran influencia en mi generación sobre todo antes de que instagram fuese lo que es, creo que yo me vi tan fuerte afectada por su videos y su estilo de vida que al terminar preparatoria por ahi del 2016 justamente me mude de la ciudad al mar y aquí sigo viviendo en contacto con la naturaleza, la vida me ha dado viajes y aventuras increíbles, y en 2019 hice mi primer viaje al otro lado del mundo con desconocidos sin celulares y justamente en el aeropuerto de LA me encontre a Jay formado atrás de mi y wow jaja me puse super mega nerviosa encima llevaba la noche sin dormir, la verdad el se porto tan increible me saludo como si nos conociéramos de la vida un ser humano con bastante calidez y muy sencillo, quede con el estomago revuelto horas después de la emoción por que no podia creer que me lo encontre justo el dia que iba a volar a mi lugar de ensueño para mi fue una señal tan fuerte que estaba en el lugar correcto y así fue, le agradezco eternamente por que hasta la fecha me sigue inspirando a vivir libremente y sin seguir a nadie pero a mi corazón y su felicidad aunque a veces sea difícil . Gracias Jay por compartir de ti y tus experiencias y gracias Alex y team por haber hecho esto posible. Bendiciones, mucho amor y luz. 💫🐉

This is really great podcast! As someone that has been following Jay's journey from those tumblr posts in 2013 i can't state enough how impactful he's been in my own personal life journey. I found so much value in this amazing conversation and so much of myself in your words and life experiences. My hope is to meet both Alex and Jay someday to thank in person for the many years of inspiration and challenging the ordinary with extraordinary courage, cause nature always loves courage and I'm sure everyone can see and feel the impact, the love and honesty in what is shared here. For me and I'm sure many others Jay is a pioneer and truly a disruptor of the ordinary way of life

Wow, one of the best podcasts I've watched in a while... Jay is such a legend, the influence he has is enormous and it's crazy that even recently I was just posting a story and using a song from one of his very old videos without even realising that. He created a style, a movement, a new direction. He has a very positive message and maybe he's not ready yet but, people need a role model like Jay. He changed my life and millions of others. He showed people FREEDOM AND LIVING IN THE MOMENT. Thank you guys for touching on so much important stuff, simple things that are the most valuable in life. Gracias🙏

this dude literally shaped my whole experience in social media. i was just starting to use social media in 2015-2016 and he was probably the main person i was consuming content from. ngl, i kinda drifted away some years later but woah i just realize he kinda is the first person that got big doing what everybody does now.

Depersonalization and Derealization need to be talked about more. I suffer (have gotten much better in the last 2 years) from DP/DR after my first panic attack. Mind you I never experienced a panic attack before in my life, and one particular night i landed in the ER. For a while, my nervous system was a complete wreck. My mind was in constant flight or fight mode due to intense fear of experiencing a panic attack again. DP/DR can also happen to people from bad trips like Jay talks about here. But i wish this was more openly talked about. A lot of people can benefit from progressive therapy. It's a terrible experience, one that still messes with me to this day, but not to the extreme of 3 years ago. Props to Jay for opening up.

La calidad de esto, no depende de las personas que traéis sino la profundidad de los temas que habláis, salís de la zona de confort del diálogo. Os agradezco la honestidad sobre la salud mental para dar a entender que el éxito que anhelamos no consigue solucionarlo y que depende de una conversación con uno mismo en la profundidad como conseguís en el podcast.

Hey Alex, what!? How amazing is to see you doing this incredible podcasts. I am writing you from Bali brother. Let’s see when we have the right opportunity to reconnect again. It’s interesting that the experience Jay describes is very similar to a bad trip I had also when I was 16 which linger for months. But somehow taught me that smoking maria was not for me and some big lessons which I remember to this day. I always describe it like a feeling like I was robot and everything moved was so slowly. It was a very strange feeling With a lot of anxiety which I improved with time and also when I changed my lifestyle. I look forward to see your next ones.

i had weed once in the US, I was " high " for 2 days and had this depersonalisation thing, and you guys talking about it it throws me a little back into the state of mind. its so strong. I am scared of it taking over so i try not to snap into it or kinda control is or control my throughts. cause yk its kinda not real its just in your mind probably not even real cause you can control it. fucking hated and do hate this feeling, you dream but you dont you feel like everything has a haze

Hope to meet Jay one day skydiving.. He inspired me to get into the sport and just be myself, Along with many other inspirations. God Bless you Jay, go teach the world divine Love with your platform.

Muy entretenido. Referente a las drogas etc, Creo que no haber probado alcohol o drogas dice mucho de la persona. Desde luego como poco inteligente. Porque cuando sabes que algo es malo/dañino/adictivo por que probarlo? Sobre todo que eso es lo difícil, porque la gente siempre anima a que hagas lo contrario. No solo la gran personalidad que tienes, sino que además tienes más inteligencia que el resto y fuerza de voluntad. eso de que hay que probarlo todo... es el cuento viejo de alguien que carece de todo lo anterior. Ojalá yo la hubiera tenido para no probar cosas que ahora estoy enganchada

I think the problem with this idea of being an "influencer" and "changing" society is a very dangerous one. Suggesting that Jay become this kinda "guru" by virtue of stating his opinions is not healthy. It encourages people to look outside for validation, rather, than within oneself. It further fractures the family and tribal(community) unit. I think this is the reason why we have so much dis-ease and discontentment within current society. People are directionless, with no meaning in their life because they are so heavily influenced by celebrity/media ideologies. I respect that Jay is apprehensive about telling people how to live. We are all individuals with our own history and life experiences. There is no blueprint on how to live. What works for Jay may not work for someone else. Our life experiences are for us to go through and hopefully learn and grow from.

I didn’t even start the podcast yet but i am sure it’s gonna be worth it. Jay is such an interesting human being with so much to say. I’ve been following him for years and he has been my biggest inspiration since. Son todos demasiado machistas. Tienen una visión de la mujer muy de marketing. Son jóvenes que se han hecho ricos de la nada, sin embargo su mente es muy antigua.
