While Shah Rukh Kahn leads this cast of great performers the entire cast including Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, and of course Tanya Malhorta which we recognize from DANGAL!
A movie rich in themes and genres, we expected to experience quite unique and oh man it was BETTER than anything we could have imagined.
At the heart of it, this is a Father/Son story that shows clearly what resilience is truly all about. The genius is how the female characters are so vital to the main characters we follow.
This SPOILER REVIEW and commentary will show you how much we ENJOYED this movie. We try here to capture the sheer shock and awe of our first SRK led, full on Bollywood film. Jawan offers, great action, romance, comedy, suspense and a heartfelt message to affect the citizens of India and truly the citizens of the world.
The dance numbers were SOOO joyfully infectious and made us want to dance in our seats.
We would rate this movie an 8.5 out of 10.

Naah, too early for that. They’ll likely only get the surface-level gist of it, like he (SRK) used to be a big deal, then had a bunch of failures, and now he’s back with a bang and how! They won’t fully get why these comebacks are being received the way they are.
To Become a real SRK fan ..........the must watch movie is VEER ZAARA and SWADES (no violence nothing just pure acting n emotions)

Glad u guys enjoyed the film...This film is a beautiful collaboration between south Indian and bollywood industries...The lead actor SRK is a bollywood superstar and its shot in Hindi however the film director, music director and most of the supporting cast are all south Indian...hence , u can find mixtures of both the industries
These guys should have been most popular in all of KZread history in reviewing films.....but they are so underappreciated.

Glad you guys liked it !! Welcome to SRK fan club as u said it. FYI wait for December this year for the next movie of SRK that is DUNKI directed by Raj Kumar Hirani who directed "3Idiots". You guys should see it in theatres also.
I wish you guys could have watched this with packed theatre. The way people are cheering, hooting, clapping and dancing THROUGH OUT the movie, it's an experience of lifetime. You should watch some videos of theatre reactions in India, you'll get them online.
This was actually a pan Indian film, i.e., it was a collaboration between a director from South India and SRK, a bollywood megastar. The style in which stars are presented here is a characteristic of movies from the south.

if you really want to see SRK acting range, i suggest you watch My Name is Khan, Chak de India, Swades. There are more but these are patriotic films that you'll absolutely love. For romance stuff, the go to film is Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge or simply known as DDLJ. Welcome to the SRK Fan Club!!

Recording with the phones was a Genius idea
Ok just to tell you that most of them are picked from real-life issues in INDIA. The Farmer one, The Doctor one, The writing off Loans for Rich, Interest rates for Farmers are higher than Mercedes Loan + the last monologue in that he addresses so many other issues

You guys watched it in theaters, that's good coz you won't get the same experience again. The director made slight difference in hindi and Tamil so that everyone gets different experiences. And this is made for theatre. They are going to edit and make different experience for OTT. The director Atlee said so, not me. If possible watch in house full theater, that will be different, watch it again in Tamil, you will find different actors and different singers.
We have deep love for Spanish songs. It's not first time in bollywood that a Spanish touch is given to a song.

that's great you guys enjoyed this movie. kgf is not a movie for all and it has specific audience in india. if you really want to know the acting of shah rukh khan then please watch "MY NAME IS KHAN" which you can see how good of an actor he is. that movie was also based on reality. most indian american relates to that movie so much.
