I'm from Bangladesh. Since this year Bollywood movies got permission to be screened in theaters 😭😭😭 STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT HAPPENED😭😭😭 It started with Pathaan. Before Indian movies were not screened in big screen and we only got to watch Bollywood movies in TV. Being a Huge SRK fan Jawaan was my first Bollywood movie in big screen. TBH BEST EXPERIENCE. LOVED IT. I'm so glad I got to watch SRK in my country in Big Screen😭 The aura, the Screen presence, everything was so satisfying. Also Deepika's cameo made it more special. As I love her as well. jrhitvkjldhkkfs Also glad that it was Jawaan. Proud of Shahrukh Khan 😭 India is lucky to have such a great Superstar. ❤

Hats off to SRK But I think it's mostly about ~ plot line and story ~ director - direction ~ then acting (here you can appreciate srk, but you can't just dump hundreds of other good actors just because srk is the "protagonist" ) ~ then VFX and special effects And much more

But hollywood on the other hand has given us, M. C. U Phase 1 to 3. This is revolutionary, never before has anyone created a long list of movies, all connected to each other, in the same universe. It is a masterpiece of world building. The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is a cinematic master piece in the fantasy ganre. We Indian have not even touched that genre. The Original Star Wars Trilogy is a masterpiece of science fiction. We indians have not even touched that genre. We have more to learn than teach.

When I first watched Jawaan in the theatre, I realized that it was an entertaining movie, but when I saw it the second time in Netflix alone, I realized that it is an amazing film with profound messages. The saddest part about the film is that most of the stories shown in the movie were true. The story about farmers in debt, the story about the Bhopal gas tragedy, the story about arms and ammunition being defaulter during war.

You missed one big part..All the incidents were from Northern india.Farmer suicide from Maharshtra,Medical negligence from UP,Army fraud etc..but didnt show any issues from Southern India..Especially from Tamil Nadu..as if Tamil Nadu or South is all about milk and honey..no problems there..BTW I am not North India and Hindi isnt my mother tongue.

I'm yet to watch a single bollywood since Dangal for a good reason. & I'm glad this movie is recognized abroad because its unique for abroad audience but here.. its another bullshit salad with mix of dogshit, chickenshit. this was my first indian move in a theatre, and my oh my - what an amazing experience. i just loved all the ladies in the movie, they are soo soo beautiful and the movie itself amazing, like everyone, I enjoyed the lighting of cigar with the fire coming from the metallic screech from the ground. i was literally blown away and what a scene. hollywood must learn how to make movies and scenes. the songs are jussstt superb, i loved the song zinda banda and chaleya.

Jawan is very very entertaining, and SRK's acting was superb. The way he portrayed both the chatacters so differently and with a proper change of voice modulation and intensity is so good. The action sequences & music were absolutely fantastic, and the way the movie is shot deserves a shoutout as well. This is highly recommended.

Jawan is rich with emotions and Indian values. I loved it. The action and cinematography are very well done, editing is crisp, and it all feeds into the emotion

Bollywood = Hindi film industry Kollywood = Tamil film industry Tollywood = Telugu film industry and Bengali film industry. (Both are different actually, but got the same name somehow) Mollywood = Malayalam film industry Sandalwood = Kannada film industry (why this one got so different ? I don't know yet) Etc etc etc ....

As well as jawan, there are other movies that are similar in nature and are quite a good watch. Pathaan (also with SRK as the lead role) is really popular. The prequel to that, War, is also quite good.

I am from Bangladesh and jawan is the first hindi film to have a Same day release here since 1994. I wasn't expecting much going to the theater but boy did it shook me. I can say with confidence that anyone who watches this movie will have a great time. Haven't seen action this great since avengers endgame and Jawan had a riot run in the box office in Bangladesh, deservingly so.

Almost all movies of Siddarth Anand are written by Abbas Tyrewala and Shridhar Raghavan, hollywood writers like James Gunn and Zack Snyder also write there movies along with directing it. Raimi also wrote SM3. So that's not the case

As someone who has watched Indian movies for my whole life I loved Jawan, and if your like my family you can catch all the references to shah rukh khan movies, loved this movie

I always watch Canadian Lad videos after every Marvel movie or episode. But this is the first time i watched Jawan only after Canadian Lad created a video for it. kudos to that.

The thing about srk is he is the most secured actor. So sharing screen with 6 other women he can do with very much of an ease. Secondly, he somehow cracked the formula of having chemistry with his female co stars so well that it doesn’t feel over the top. He had been in an awful phase of movies for couple of years. This year was meant to be for his return. He did and how! I so hope marvel too comes Back to their glory just as Srk did.

I still remember binge watching your videos on those early morning during the COVID lockdown times of 2020, when the channel was hardly 100k big. Now reviewing an Indian movie, makes me proud beyond limits, to be an Indian fan of The Canadian Lad.

Hands down! JAWAN is the best entertaining Indian movie of the last decade. Also the movie is filled with really serious issues, such as corruption and negligency of our current & previous governments. This movie showed us some of the real events & their consequences related to corruption , larger government scams like voting scams & loan scams etc. We Indians were in shock in the theatres how a A-list star, a bigger star like SRK can make a movie which is filled with these serious issues. Thank you @The Canadian Lad for acknowledging that a Bollywood movie can still deliver and compete against Hollywood counterparts. I have seen Jawan in a single screen theatre in my hometown where the occupancy was 100% for that show and although I'm not a big fan of Shahrukh Khan but still the screen presence and swag of older Shahrukh's character was quite entertaining to watch. It would rate it a solid 8/10 for sure.

Like Swades,3 Idiots, Veer Zara,Gangs of waseypur,Chak de India,My name is khan, Dangal,Satya,Kahani,Tumbbad, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam & DDLJ(One of the most famous Indian movies internationally), Lagaan, Sholay.. Sorry to say but these movies are of Hollywood standards in terms of content it's just few of many great fiilms
