Jaw-dropping facts to make the ultimate offroad motorbike adventure tour

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Following a 6-day motorcycle adventure, here's my top thing you need to know about Iceland for a motorcycle adventure. Let me know what you think in the comments.
Reference number 14, we did the trip with RideWithLocals, the only Icelandic enduro company. A fully-inclusive motorcycle Iceland trip on KTM enduro bikes with a support vehicle, fuel, food, mountain hut accommodation, trail snacks, beer and all the local gen from the Vikings running it. We had six days riding, covered roughly 1500km doing 9 to 11- hour riding days and got to see the real Iceland - which is unseen by most tourists. Expect to pay around €4400 per person. www.ridewithlocals.is

All good advice Vanessa, especially the bit about the boots. I learned this when legally off road riding in the UK back in the 80's on a very cold day. to the point when riding home I could not feel my feet at all and had to walk like an arthritic penguin but without the style after getting off the bike. What water goes in has to come out. As for horse meat I tried it once going through France some decades ago and ate the meal only to be told after that is was horse, I thought is was OK but I doubt I would have tried it if I knew what is was before hand, it tasted nice .but I'd not consider it unless that was what was the only meal available. I guess another rule that ties into the drinking from streams is that never have a number in or near a stream. As always thanks for sharing.

Great tipps and tricks for Iceland. Eating local delicacies is a must-do, even the buried shark with liquor afterwards ;-) Skol, Günter/Nürnberg

I loved your early vlog on your tour of Iceland 🇮🇸. It was Iceland wasn’t it, or have I gone mad? 😅. Anyways, raw weather, riding and landscapes. Now you’ve done a Dakar 😇 Iceland is your playground 😂. Had lunch with your “dad” last week (you know who) and I we both said how fab, brave and special you are 😊. There you go, you’ve been formally put in the special category 😂😂😂

When the microphone can´t withstand the speaker and caves in… 🥳 Your only option for a moderation in the open there seems to be to keep walking while you talk to outpace the flies. Okay, jogging. Make that running. 🤔
