Is Kevin the new Lando? Does he walk funny in new boots? Where’s his orange vest? 😂 Always good to have a scout on the trail, I like it.
Sarah, not only can you use cooking spray for nonstick, but you can use butter, margarine, vegetable oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, shortening, any kind of lard or fat to prevent your big from sticking to the pan.
Beautiful video as always. That trash container looks awesome!
Envious. Great job exploring and trusting the GX to safely carry your family.
Definitely would have tried fishing in that lake 😊, what a beautiful spot
Man...this makes me want to just go and explore..one day one day..for now watching ur videos gives me something to look forward to!!!
I LOVE my GARB 2.1. I actually have a Lifestyle Overland Bear patch on the Velcro spot 😅

We lived down by cedar for many years me and the daughter. Now over in Missouri, I think the longings of the mountains is still in her.
Awesome family, Awesome wilderness, love Utah. Thanks!
Great job, two ladies on the rug; then some burly guy had to spoil it; and that half track:wow😎⭐️🤩🤣
I learned a new way to steam my (nearly) world infamous chili dogs' buns. That's downright brilliant. Thank you for sharing your culinary genius! 😂

Haha, glad you found it helpful! Honestly, I've never done that before but it just hit me that night 😁
Chili dogs, yup, dad's cookin'. A man after my own heart. (And culinary skills)😁
You should come and visit us in Maine for fall colors! Also, because of your videos, we are taking the leap and making our dream of overloading come true. We are purchasing an Expedition Voyager and getting some of your gear! We would love to see how you pack and what you for your family both in the vehicle and the trailer.

That's awesome! Congratulations! We've been talking about a run up the eastern seaboard..
Can’t wait for the snow to melt. We’ve camped in that very spot a couple years back. Maybe one day we will cross paths.

The top of the rooftop tent looks like a great place for 2 300-400 Watt PV Panels.

Great video. I don't have a family like you do which as I get older bothers me more and more. That's kinda small for an M35 deuce-and-a-half. Probably a Kaiser half-track.
Just found you all once again…you have a new explorer…fantastic and congratulations to you both.

We have camped in that exact spot many times over many years as well as others around it. We go to the area every year. We found it on our own by exploring and looking at maps. While I like your videos, I don't like how all the social media videos & posts are exposing these beautiful places to those who want instant knowledge of where to go without actually exploring and finding spots themselves. This leads to overuse and overcrowding. I don't think it is gatekeeping but far too many people just want others to tell them exactly where to go and then it gets posted on other public forums or to apps. As far as trash, as a comparison Utah has less trash than Arizona. Perhaps it is the mentality of the people camping, but I think it is directly a result of easy access to free public dumpsters in the area. This area and other in Utah always have them nearby, while in AZ you will never find a public dumpster around. I pick out a lot more trash at every campsite in AZ than I ever do in Utah.

I appreciated this little trash segment! I always wonder how others do it and what if Im doing is working or if someone has a better method! Great video! Keep up the amazing work!
I found this channel a week after I bought my 2015 GX in the exact same colors. We will be traveling with dogs but this is all very inspiring.
Já estou aguardando ! ❤
Good 👍. That was very beautiful idea you shared 😊
Excellent video as always. Thanks for the every day routine stuff. Loved hearing the raven calls! I still want to know what cinnamon rolls you use. 😂 Mine don't look that good! Love seeing all the things you find along your travels, that half track was cool!

I just found you guy! You have amazing content and I would love to travel in a trailer like yours I have been traveling with my son for three years and I haven't found the right setup for us
*Breaks out Hormel chili can* (In my best Denzel voice) "My man"
Should have done a "will it run" episode on that old machine! Lol 😂
You guys are amazing❤
Brotha I absolutely love your content.
You lost me at Hormel chili😂 I grew up on Castleberry's and still the only hotdog chili in my pantry😊 I do really like that tent design as the two angles look so much easier to close than my roofnest
Awesome video guys! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

The intrumental music is best ever . . .
First and foremost, thank you all for sharing your awesome experiences. I have a simple question if I may please? What is the loaded average weight of your trailer? Secondly, is your Lexus a V6 or V8? Third, how is the capability of the Lexus in terms of every road condition. I thank you again for your time and sharing your family's breath taking experience.
My old camp oven is passed its prime, who makes your SS oven? Love them cinny rolls!! Love watching Abigail grow in real time!!
I’m curious how you like the Winnerwell oven over the Coleman? Thanks! I’ll be purchasing one of them soon! Love your videos!
Love watching you guys, your family is amazing ❣️ Can you please tell me what is the new stove you are using. Thanks 😊
that baby is adorable .....
Not sure if you were ever told, but you look like an english actor Samuel West on PBS's All Creatures Great and small. Just sayin. The vehicle was a ww2 m2 halp track. After the war there was plenty of surplus. As always loved the video
Need some Flint style Coney sauce for them dogs
More great drone shots 👌🏼 #reflections
Where did you get the storage bag for the oven?
Ok, I loved my Trasharoo until I saw this NBX. That is so more functional. Ordering one now.

Our trasharoos would only last about 6-12 months before they fell apart. Took a while to find something that works and lasts
Yes I want a chili dog
Should try some slaw on your dogs.... First time I had a slaw dog was in NC, been eating them that way since.
What brand is your camp oven ?
Looks like it was a 1941-42 M2A1 White Half Track
Hey do y'all have a sound track of like alaska or others? Let me know please Thanks
Not your normal travels. But if/when you make it down to Yosemite. You need to keep anything that smells in a bear locker! Bears will rip open vehicle doors. Think, anything! Gum etc.
@LifestyleOverland

That's exactly why we avoid those places like the plague.
Why the coleman stove ?is different from the other one you have now
🥰🙏🚜
What roof tent is that ?

It's on all of them 👍
Am not to sure about the security of auto-truck doors,I had a buddy who was working on a movie in Yosemite he was standing across the road from his prize Corvair when a black bear showed up ripped the drivers off the car ate whatever was in there and took the passenger off leaving, he shot photos of this, I'm sure Toyo doors probably are stronger but bear power is amazing.

Bears that have associated humans as food sources are always going to be the wild cards. That's why we wild camp 99% of the time to avoid popular areas where this is more likely. No method is 100% fool proof but after 10 years of camping in bear country we feel pretty good about our methods
Your effort is evident.

Another great video, thanks for all you do. I have a semi-personal question about your living on the road. What do y'all do for health insurance? I am about to retire and will need to sign up soon. If you don't want to answer publicly, I'd appreciate an email.
@LifestyleOverland

We've tried a few ways. 1) A health share program that ended up being a joke and barely supported us when we needed it. 2) We've paid out of pocket which is usually a lot cheaper in the end if you don't have anything catastrophic. 3) Now we have the lowest tier plan from the healthcare.gov website so we still essentially pay out of pocket but if some bad goes down, we've got a max out of pocket limit in network. Long and short of it... It all sucks. Sad to say.

Anything Waygu is insane. 😋
Most of your overbuilt overland rigs are just that, overbuilt, which there is nothing wrong with that, but most of the trails all these $150,000 overland rigs do, a $25,000 used stock 4x4 can do. For overland adventure 2021 with 4wd mag, we had couple million worth of built out rigs, but the camera crew / chase vehicle was a stock ram 2500 4x4 rental. We sure looked cool though!! 😂😂🤣
@OwlHootOverland

His rig isn’t even overbuilt, pretty standard overland rig for what he does and the true definition of overlanding. Dude isn’t even on 35s lol. Yeah any 4x4 can access these roads and areas, his rig is just built to do it safely and consistently. Overlanding is not recreational 4 wheel driving trail runs with camping.

@@OwlHootOverland when I said “your” I meant it generically, not talking about his specific rig. And the comment was in response to him talking about a minivan being out on the same trail as them. No need to come to his rescue, I wasn’t attacking him.
