I'm dying laughing. This is great. When I went to college, my roommate was a black guy from northern VA. I am from the sticks of NC. He reacted the same way to my country music. 😂. 11 years later we are still good friends. I'm subscribed!

When i was in high school (many years ago) there was a janitor at the school a older black woman. I walked by her eating lunch one day and ask her what she had. I was introduced to hot water cornbread that day from then on when she brought it she made enough for me. That is the kind of thing the world needs today. Didnt matter I was white she was black we were human and we are still friends. God bless Mrs Dixon and he blessed me with her friendship

For what it's worth, I'm Iowan and I'm a big cornbread fan. You don't grow up in Iowa without it...the joke is that if you're eating something greasy or with gravy, you reach for the cornbread before the napkin: soak that stuff up before you have to clean it!
