    +Santiago Costa I absolutely love this. I have done sound work and I can tell you that this audio was taped with multiple microhones and the final product mixed in a studio. Bars don't have the acoustics to allow great unmixed recording. The same is true of the camera work. Its very professional. Seeing Jung and Mraz play this wonderfully is great music and they have done a good job in the studio afterward. There is nothing amateur about the audio or the video.

    It’s not unplugged but my favorite songs to listen to are the acoustic versions. Most songs are written starting only with acoustic guitar then everything else is placed around to make the song whole. The best is just raw playing with friends on the front porch or living room drinking and having fun.

    One of the best examples of humility, and the brother hood of music which binds all of us together. Would it be too much to ask to let the musicians run the world for a few decades? Could it get any worse? No. Would it likely get much much better for most of humanity? I believe it would. Absolutely brilliant, talented musicians, hey? How cool are these guys? So humble and respectful. I miss those two traits we once celebrated in the US.

    I've been playing guitar for more than 10 years now, and let me tell you this shit is not easy. Just because the song has 4 chords, doesn't mean it don't require technique and talent to perform like they did. It takes practice, skills, and some balls. I'm not kidding.

    luisTHC I can play this version of the song decently, not good, and i can't get the full song right with all the timing right, but i have only played for about 2 years though. The hardest part for me is having more than one picking pattern going at once

  • @luisTHC

    @luisTHC

    8 жыл бұрын

    Joachim That comes with practice, I totally understand. When changing patterns, chords, rhythm, you can always try to play one OPEN strum, no chords no nothing, that way your brain understand there's gonna be a change in something. Trust me, if you do it really fast, no ones gonna notice it. I don't know if I explained myself well but I hope if you did understand, it helps you. My English does not help either lol .. Cheers!

    This is what music is all about. I love the fact there is no bass guitar thumping away. This is so cool, clean, and what a performer Jason is. I am a trumpet player and found an instrumental version by Herb Alpert -worth a listen. Shows how great songs can be adapted, like the Beatles songs can also be. Nice to see real musicians with no egos respecting each other.
