His music is saving me from occasional depression every now and then.
17 years later and I'm still watching. This is peak Jason Mraz.
Jason Mraz is the definition of real music. I've spent more hours of my life on KZread watching this lyrical genius than one would consider healthy. The difference between Jmraz and the rest of musicians nowadays is that when he's not behind a studio mic his performance doesn't get any worse, instead it gets 100x better. In my opinion the most talented male musician today.

This is why we have Ed. This is amazing and changed our music for the best.
What A Gift! This is just Brilliant...hat's off to you, Jason, you possess a rare purity. Your music just pearces my spirit and soul in the most beautiful way...thank you! I live with a "Toka", wild, beautifully messy Mexican Dude! Peace❤

Man! it's 2021 and I'm still here and still stunned by Mraz's effortless way he can delight my heart...feels like Joy.
There's something about Jason Mraz's whole aura. There's such sincerity in his voice, a melancholy swing to his melodies, like a warm hug in a world often focused on image and its own decay. I come back to this often when I'm down; frozen in time, greeting me like an old friend. Bless his heart.

I am getting emotional. I came from a poor family. Jason mraz actually the reason i played music, and now i work in music eventhough i didnt become like him i earn full time as a musician as a sessionist, cover band, wedding gig, club gig and busking and my playlist always has his song in it, specially bella luns, With all that i turn my life and now im at a better place which i could provide for my family specially my mom and my wife and son. I went to his concert when he came to my country, i really wish that i could meet him in person to thank him how much he inspired me to be who i am right now. I hope he knows how much his music & lyrics could change a person life, i really love you jason, you are the greatest music instrument alive. This is true story nothing added. Music is magic, you are magic.

Give this guy a guitar and a mic and he can make magical music. He's voice is incredible both live and in studio.
On dark days I turn here. Close my eyes and lose time in the melody. Worries melt away. Time forgets woes. Just a nod of the head and a mouthing of such well sung words to move me. Eyes opened hours later. Transcendence into a different mood, a different place, a different way of feeling. Then life goes one. Better than before. Thank you Jason

Still here 2019!(2023) that sound quality though! Gives me the chills everytime!
I 100% agree with that~Sometimes I get a lil scared thinking that 'REAL' MUSICIANS are going on extinct...smh! And, whenever an absolutely phenomenal musical genius is right there in front of us all~Not "ALL" of us see it! Idk how, it's truly beyond my comprehension? I mean when you're pulling out words and sounds outta yourself like Jason does, it's blinding really. Because he just shines so unbelievably bright!!! So, I think guess those who cannot see this must be "musically blind"...right? ❤Jason Mraz
For the first time in my life i watched a video of "2.5" hours (not a movie). Damn! He is so good!

Here in 2023, this performance inspired me to pursue music. in a band called nxtime, doing well :) thanks Jason.
2019 and I am still coming back to this periodically. Hopefully video download will be made available, just in case this whole thing disappears one day and I will lose a piece of myself.
This is just a masterpiece .. I’ve listened to this full concert like 5 times lol
he has the best voice ever. ridiculously consistent, no single bad note, always better than his studio versions, very nice timbre, you won't be tired listening to him over and over. no gimmicks like our 'top billboard artists' of today's generation. i can say that billboard nowadays is meaningless coz it's more about money, scandals/gossips, and not about real music anymore!
Last night I dreamt of Jason Mraz singing "You and I both"... Hope I will get to see him live on stage, once... That dude is one of the best musicians the world has atm
Tonight I herd Jason's song " I'm Yours " at a Denny's restaurant over their house music. I looked up the song in KZread and it also led to this garden gig. I'm a drummer about to join a few guys putting together a working band in Central Florida area and I thought it would be great if we could cover the song"I'm yours". I drove from Orlando home about an hour and a half Drive and I enjoy immensely this garden party gig and definitely appreciate both Jason and his vocal ability and down to earth and yet professionality that came across this recording KZread video. I also appreciated the videographer and enjoy the free concert along the way. It's April 10th 2022 148 a.m. God bless each and everyone in the garden party and the opportunity to experience a real entertainer.

Best concert ever. Yes Jason is great but cudo's for the soundengineers. The quality of the sound inspired the performer.
2021still watching this, this will never get old! Its amazing how you can watch all his live videos and each one may have similar songs but is a whole new experience all the time. This, the one in the book store, and the few with toca is probably my fave videos.

This is the first time oddly that I scrolled through the comments and found so many people who feel like me about this special human. I feel such a unique connection to his music and acoustic performances.
One of my favorite singers of all time. The Backyard Concert Ootmarsum is amazing. His talent seems effortless, it just flows and we get the benefits.
2024 and here I am completely amazed by the magic simplicity of this concert. Just missing Wordplay to be absolutely perfect
I am a 50 year old woman that has been living through real life nightmares over the last 6 years. The point of telling you this is I had forgotten how it felt to "live"...Jason has just given me a gift. A HUGE gift...The gift of "LIFE"!!! My oldest has a severe brain injury from an accident 6 years ago. So so sad and unfortunate. He was a musician also. I've laughed, cried and for the 1st time since his accident, I've allowed myself to remember! I've lived a good life and Jason reminded me of that in sooo many ways! Just have to say Thank you, you are now apart of my life that will be celebrated with your music, as I admire your unbelievable talent! And, I come from a family full of musicians-including both my sons and my Dad who used to be in a 3 man band together before the accident. Music has always been such a major part of my life. But, until watching you tonight I wasn't able to listen because all the feelings were to painful. It needed to be a very special musician that was able to get me through all the emotions in a very specific way!! I don't believe it could've happened with anyone else!!!! All my love!! I'm going to come see you in concert with my sons, the next time you're anywhere somewhat close to Pittsburgh-We'll be there!!! Xoxo BTW, my sons name is Jacob!!!!

This is the best concert i have heard from him so far. I never get tired of listening to him, give it up for old school songs of Jason Mraz!
I not only love Jason Mraz because of his music, but because he even plays in backyards for fans other than concert stadiums for them. That is a true musician.
Just saw this in 2023 end of the world This is epic

When I was younger, more or less 2005, I had an intense crush with Mr. AZ (and, obviously, because it's so sexy) and the passage of time don't change that feeling every time I hear his voice ... He's a-w-e-s-o-m-e
I Can’t stop watching Rainbow connection, the best version of it
The best version of "Absolutely Zero". Guy has a goooodly voooice. IMO, the voice quality of this guy is second to none.
To have Jason perform acoustically in my garden is my dream in life.
This is my favourite Mraz performance. He feels like he's human and not a machine playing in a huge theatre with all the lights and stuff on him. It's more geniune, awesome, and lovely as ever. I can't stop listening to this. Jason Mraz Live long and Live strong. You made my life so much better with you, and your music. A billion Thanks!

Sad to say some of his performance on tour (to Asia at least) was not so great. Probably do to very tight schedule, unfamiliar audience and all the work together with the band, which made him less "him".

Thank you for hosting Jason Mraz in yur garden! This concert is a special concert for me and my dad... he passed 2 years ago but he puts it on from time to time, after an afternoon is the days we would spend when he was paralyzed 2016-2021 and we spent 5 years of golden afternoons. I was always high so ain't got no dope I always take a big hit. I always got dope Jason! Peace and thanks again this whole set is meaningful and I have much memorized
This is one the most iconic show for Jason.
I like it when he stops singing just to say what he wants to say or crack a joke or remember the chords. No acoustic song was sang the same. Amazing!
One my dreams is to watch Jason Mraz live in acoustic with small crowd.
This is one of those moments you look back on later in life and realize how special it was. Jason Mraz is THEE most talented musician since 2000 and its unfortunate that wit doesn't sell music as much as it should.
The hour mark when im so into the song and the video skips gets me EVERY TIME
I just saw Jason in concert at Red Rocks earlier this week ... flew to Denver specifically for the shows. The more I learn about him, the more respect I have for this amazing man. He sounds so great and his concerts have so much energy. It is refreshing to see a true artist enjoying his craft and sharing his soul through his music. Thank you so much for posting this.
This never gets old. Awesome.
I've have watched this so many times, i live in ireland and weather is crap and so every summer I put this on and sit out my back and drink and listen to this. Summer Music
Listening right now... Jan. 27, 2023. Greetings from a Mrazian here in PH.
