knowing Steentoft he most likely put red lights on before the last lap on purpose... he always favours polish + danish riders and has to be the centre of attention whenever he can. FIM TAKE HIS LICENSE!

Much as I admire Bartosz, and love the Polish crowd's enthusiasm for Speedway, the Aussie's really deserved a better outcome in this GP .

I had the same thing happen to me at a car dirt track race. I got black flagged but the other guy hit me!

Zmarzlik used his elbow, brutally, cinically, in a way Pedersen now look like a saint.

To true there mate. Without 89 & 222 it's not the same. Especially when 222 can't defend his title and Russia were SON champions. Good thing is Australia won SON so I'm happy. All the best and I hope to see them in SPG next year.

I'm still trying to adapt to this from motocross and flat track with a sprinkle of Nascar thrown in. If touching, tapping or looking at another bike or rider is taboo let em race one at a time. No? I didn't think that would go over. Hell yea I'd be furious over that decision. It's BS .

Wrong. Doyle tried to pin 95 down with no room to turn and the 95 was ahead of him. Doyle got what he deserves. Doyle should be apologizing to Holder for screwing him out of a win. Doyle should not be in SGP. He got lucky 1 year after that he has sucked and acted like a child when he's the blame.

if Bartosz is not responsible, then Doyle isnt either they should have restarted with both riders.

Rules need to be fixed.. He passed him and was infront yes. but he didnt pass cleanly, he took out doyle and should have been excluded. ill never go to another event again, to much drama and not enough racing. Ill go to the MXGP and enduro events

This kind of idiocy is why sanctioning bodies are so disliked. That was nothing but a racing incident. This smacks of race rigging and nothing more. I know home track crowds that would tear down the stadium over a BS call like that.

@@jufers73 I'm fairly new to speedway, this is my 3rd or 4th year following it. Is there any kind of an appeal process Doyle could make after the event is over? I know in other racing formats there sometimes is and points given or taken. Or is it the judges decision at the time is final, end of story?

Im from Poland and I think the referee's decision was a joke. Doyle was clearly robbed of the final, he couldn't see Zmarzlik when he started to turn his bike, also Zmarzlik got way to close and caused a direct danger so in any other conditions he woud be excluded. But you know Zmarzlik is treated in polish speedway just like Messi and Argentina at the World Cup, he's meant to be a star so rules don't apply to him. Lindgren on the other hand could possibly be excluded in the semi final race when he lost control of the bike for brief moment when his front wheel got lifted and that forced Bewley to give away his position and made him lose the race...

The first time I've watched Speedway since the early to mid 2000s, the likes of Bjarne, Tony Rick, Mark L, Tomasz Gol etc... Zmarzlik is a throwback to Gollob isnt he? Wonderful to watch even though it was a big homer call.

Now it's the most pathetic display of a male sport. First you got two guys who were simply racing that's all it was but then you got to take one of them and dragging through the freaking Supreme Court like you want to execute the guy. For SIMPLY RACING. You have a problem with Racing. Insane. So what was he supposed to do? Politely ask the other racer "Pardon me sir, am i impending your progression thru the field? Then go wide, break, let him pass, and apologize as he goes by😂
