You need a professional remediator. looking for mold. We had a leak from the fridge waterline AND a leak from the sewer pipe within the same month (that runs through all three floors) in our condo kitchen. We had to vacate our condo for 9 1/a months. The insurance company had to redo the pipe, replace the flooring, all the board and batten panelling throughout, redo the wall board, and paint, and of course and all new kitchen and appliances. This redo is GORGEOUS!!!

Wow it is so beautiful I love it! Gosh that would have been terrible to live like that for 5-6 months!!! It would drive me nuts! So happy to see they have a beautiful to home to come home to..love Australia xx

it looks realy good and it has a cozy factor without looking like a cave...I am not a fan of plastic floors and I never will be ...exspecially not if it smells like plastic when you enter the house, but otherwise it really looks nice.

When it comes to plumbing, there is NO SUCH THING as "just a pin leak" or a "pinhole leak" because those indicate that the joint or the pipe is flawed and failing. Take them seriously and fix them well.
