It's a double-edged blade, teaching abroad - because the same enemy these teachings are meant to defend, against, can look to KZread for insights to gain, against such. Nonetheless, good stuff as usual, though - with everything else already out there, the enemy has a say as instructed, as well, by all that is has been put out - which, then, makes it a contest of wills. Which brings me to the whole Green on Blue question of how do we "vet," for example - the Iraqi or Afghan national guards or army, respectively, or anyone else worldwide, as "partners," who - may ultimately turn against US interests? The answer is we only teach them, in order that they contend their situation as best they can, there; but not enough to overcome us. France, Germany, all of Europe is being overrun by Islamists, determined to gain a numbers advantage and eventually, political advantage in high offices. The number of edged-weapon attacks is on the rise in Paris, London, and elsewhere, due to firearms limitations for citizens of such places, and thus - Kudos to you for teaching there; albeit, my opening comment, a double-edged blade. Not, ultimately, a major concern with me - for, as for me and mine, we shall follow the Lord, and regardless of losing my head or theirs, we know where we are going - where the Islamists cannot - and that is home to be with Christ. Until then, stay sharp, train hard, smart and safe, and God Bless you for what good you have done, and forgiveness for what may not be so good, i.e. now the enemy has more of an insider look, though your intentions appear good.

Great stuff on an opponent that stands there motionless. You need Tim Waid if you want to learn how to apply this unchoreographed and in real combat.

I've no idea who Tim Waid is but I agree with what you say, all these types of videos seem to show the opponent not fighting back at all. Jared, I think he made a valid point, especially from a viewer who maybe a complete newbie to any form of martial art/self defense.

I understand your point so how about getting your training partner to 'fight back' after the audience has grasped the basics of the moves, surely they would want to know what to do when an attacker makes an unexpected move/counter attack?? Not having a go at you specifically Jared, I see that this aspect is missing from most similar videos, I just find that strange because in real life, an attacker is unlikely to do nothing.

You would appear to be a bit too sensitive to criticism Jared. It wasn't even that really, more of an observation in general, like I said, in real life the attack is bound to do something! Funny how comes none of these types of video show that??

Jared Wihongi we have never met before or talked, but I wanted to say I deeply admire your skills and instruction. I am a member of PTK-SMF and intensely dislike it when people tear one another down within the broader PTK community. We should all be working together to promote one another in brotherhood and friendship. Sorry this political crap is rearing it's ugly head, Tuhon. Keep up the great work! Respect, Ian
