I've fully ruptured my acl and meniscus tear 6 weeks I've opted not to get surgery I've nearly got full range of motion basically walking normal again and doing an extension physio and exercise routine daily. I am going for another mri in a couple of months I will update again if anyone is interested lol

Thanks @concrete. Can you sit with fully bend knees? I myself have a grade3 acl tear on my right leg. I am recovering very fast, this is my first month of recovery. I currently workout from home. Started using extra weights on my leg. I feel stationary cycling machine has helped me with my range of motion and muscle stiffness.

@@arshilnafi1318 I nearly have full range of motion back I have been taking bpc157 peptides to help with recovery and I can say that I think the peptides are working wonders along with physio
