Noooooo! I love your rants! They are amazing and help make you look more like another human and less of just someone behind a screen. :)

YES! I missed your vlogs! Also unrelated but I just wanted to say you've been helping me so much with learning Japanese, it was so satisfying when I was first able to understand almost full sentences and it happened in one of your Japanese ASMR videos lol, so thanks:)

Thank you so much for watching my vlogs!! I'm so happy to hear that my videos can help with your Japanese :) keep up your studies 頑張ってね!
I completely agree with your comment about Japanese and Spanish being easy to mix. Both languages use the same accent.
As you may already know, there are lots of Portuguese speakers in Aichi prefecture, they began immigrating from Brazil around the late 1980s. They are probably more concentrated in Toyohashi and Toyota, as many of them work in manufacturing. Some Brazilians can also speak Spanish and at least they understand Spanish so it might be a good idea to hang out with them. Bridgestone is a Japanese company founded by one Mr. Ishibashi - Ishi = stone, hashi = bridge, hence Bridgestone (inexplicably, not Stonebridge).
I usually watch a bunch of other KZread videos like this, but I just end up skimming through them (Since my attention span doesn’t wanna focus) but I really liked this video because your smile just radiated and you looked so friendly kinda like I had an older sister 😁
Hi Alise, I stumbled on your videos while I was looking for info about Nagoya University since I will go there for my Year Abroad in just a little over a month. Thanks for the info! :)

thank you!!
Spanish and Japanese both does not have many clusters of consonants and vowel lengths remains mostly stable. So it strikes as if they share a similar rythme pattern.
It’s amazing, I was watching your videos without knowing you were studying in Nagoya. I am so happy to discover Nagoya through your video because in September I will be studying at another university in Nagoya (Aichi University). Thank you so much for these little preview of Nagoya ! Ps : Sorry for my English, I’m French ;)

Nice video. Looks beautiful.
love your vlogs, alise! you’re such a comforting presence and i enjoy learning new things from you. (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)♡
Thanks for another great video! It comes in great when you've had a rough day ❣️ And YES, it is true that Spanish and Japanese are kinda similar! I'm from Argentina and my gf (also a Spanish speaker) is learning Japanese and she told me all about it. It's partially due to the way pronunciation in both languages is "structured". They're both pretty "phonetic" languages: you say what you read lineally, and there are no pronunciation variations like in English (read vs read, for ex.) Anywaaay, video in Spanish, when? Lol just kidding, but I'm all in! No pressure though of course. Have a nice day!
cool
is sgu two year project?
I heard that you can only live in a university residence for a year. Is this true؟
Love your videos

Hello
Hey Alise, little late. But is it pretty common for classes to be taught in English?
@4alise
Жыл бұрын
Most classes are taught in Japanese, but many universities in bigger cities have a handful of degree programs taught completely in English! Nagoya University has a ton of programs in English for both humanities and stem degrees, and I know a lot of universities in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka have a bunch as well :)
