I’ve been wanting to say something about this particular chef for months. Clearly, after him almost appearing in 1/3 or more of your total videos with the purposeful edits away from his face or it always covered by something (like a spice shaker this time) indicates he wants anonymity. It makes me respect him even more! I won’t ask who he is or where he works? It does need to be said that this man’s delicate, almost graceful handling and preparation of food is so clear it needs to be noted. Not to think I’m the only one picking up on this, but most of the nuanced intricacies, techniques, and minute hand movements that give you the finished product are lost on people. This is unique, as a majority of chefs are not this deft. I point this out because Takayoshi Watanabe gets the larger portion of credit being so famous from this channel; yet this chef deserves credit.
