So, if u learn how suru conjugates, this should be easier...
① お写真をおとってもよろしいですか ② 学校の周りをお見せいたします ③ 何かがあったらご相談いたします 最後の分はちょっとおかしい。グーグルでチェックしたとき「If you have any questions, please contact us」と翻訳した。その文に「I'll contact YOU」の意味があるように「課長」とか「部長」をこの文に入れることが必要ですか？

そのグーグル翻訳はちょっと変です。英訳は「If anything happens I will consult」は正しいです。翻訳には deepl.comを使うことをおすすめします。googleよりも正確です。
