The Germans have a tonketsu called ‘Schnitzel’, but the difference is that they flatten the pork before they fry it. Could be used for more compact dishes, maybe? You’ve helped to inspire me! Just bought a bento box :3

I have never had any problems using just water to seal. I had not heard of this brand of curry powder, but I will look for it soon. I love your healthy meals! I get lazy and don't make the best food always. You inspire me to stay healthy!!

Oh! Thank you so much for saying that! I am so happy to hear from you :D Yes! That curry powder is very convenient that you can use it for stir-frying, soup, fried chicken, etc. Hope you can get that, and enjoy cooking with it!

Love all of these but especially the tonkatsu, do you let it cook first so it stays crispy? Thank you

Thank you so much!! Sorry, my English is not good... Are you asking if tonkatsu is made before other side dishes?

@@JapaneseCookingChannel no just asking if you cook it and let it cool before you put it in the bento box

Yes, it is better to let it cool before putting it in the lunch box.
