JAPAN'S R34 GT-R HIGHWAY PATROL CAR IS REAL AND STILL ACTIVE!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

I nearly lost my shit as the unicorn of all Japanese highway patrol interceptors, the R34 GT-R, complete with a uniformed and helmeted police officer pulled along side me on the highway tonight and cruised past on the Kan-Etsu expressway.
I had read about them, people had speculated and we have all heard many stories of myth and legend about the existence of this machine but I can confirm they actually do exist and are STILL in service!
I dare you to run from this badboy - Han would have been screwed because this beast is tuned and runs more than 300kph!

David Lopez only the r32 is called godzilla really, and it was because back when the r32 started being raced they dominated and given that it was a "monster from japan" it got that name.

Some people were asking where on the Kan-Etsu Expressway this is. At 0:36 we see the sign for Exit 3, which is the Tokorozawa Interchange (所沢IC), connecting to Japanese National Route 463 toward Saitama (さいたま)..

The vid is pretty shaky so it's hard to see anything clearly, but I have driven in Japan, so I know where to look for the exit signs (and I can read Japanese). So I was just lucky enough to find a few clear and not-too-jittery frames that clearly showed the exit number and the destination signs. The whole route of the Kan-Etsu is conveniently laid out on Wikipedia at en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kan-Etsu_Expressway.

Yes, but not under the same name. Japanese car makes often change their names of the cars to make them appealing to US Customers. That's why some Toyota cars in the rest of the world go as Lexus cars in the US.Call your dealer ask for the Suzuki x90 targa.Plenty of those in the US. Good price too.

Still pretty slow for a stock skyline since R34 horsepower is like what 276HP? Police cars are only factory tuned, if you can do better than 180Km they can't catch you, they don't even try. I can outrun that car with a stock Dodge Demon Challenger. 800HP balls to the wall
