Around 2000/2001 my dad and I started modding an e36 328. I got to pick out the exhaust so being a gran turismo/tokyo xtreme racer kid i picked the hks exhaust. And thanks to tokyo xtreme racer 0 having the trailer to the original Fast and furious we went to opening weekend with the car. Had been 5 speed swapped, m3 cams, chipped and exhaust by then. I felt like the coolest 13 year old ever.😂 By 06/07 it was the first to make 1000whp and to run 9s. And it all started with an hks exhaust. Makes me glad I grew up in the garage, dyno rooms and at the drag strip. Especially during what i consider the best era for car modification.

HKS products were legendary, and their reputation for performance, quality and reliability was well deserved.
