I got a big yellow like that bouncing a 2oz Hook-Up Bait over sand out at the Coronados. Those baits catch fish and are a lot easier than yo-yoing irons.

Question? I’m gonna be going on a half day out of Point Loma in about a month, it’s been a long time since I’ve been on a charter. What pound test should I use and what weight sinkers would you suggest?

I would check with the landing a week ahead to see what they are fishing for and how deep, they will give you the best answer at that time good luck!

Never squid on the HUB'S. messes up the action. If you want scent we make the Mermaids Milk which is made to go inside the Baits. So it ads scent ,color and a scale trail to the Baits
