Introduction to the seven basic swaras (sa, ri, ga, ma, pa, dha, ni). 2. Practice of swara sequences in ascending (aarohana) and descending (avarohana) patterns. 3. Incorporation of rhythmic elements using basic talas (rhythmic cycles) like Adi Tala or Rupaka Tala. 4. Introduction to simple gamakas (ornamentations) and voice modulation techniques. 5.
