His ability to handle pressure and play aggressive is impressive. Not many can do it.

He is Italian, in every sport we get the best once we reach the final stages. Before that we can easily blow it. It’s a mentality thing that brings up the performance. We are a threat after we get through the early stages.
He did win fan favorite last year so a lot of people like him.
"If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster And treat those two impostors just the same; Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it, And-which is more-you’ll be a Man, my son!"
It's great to see the crowd embracing this young man. The fact that he came back from a two set deficit to win like that shows his mental resolve. I hope he goes on to win more. Well done Mr Sinner!

I've never seen such biased, hateful 'fans' in all my life. Booing Medvedev and then cheering as loud as they could every time he lost a point to Sinner. Australian fans are shameful. Why would Australians love an italian player so much??

Such a likable guy!
The last time we saw this much calm on court was Roger Federer. Now, at age 22, this guy has won the Australian Open. This dude and some others like Alcaraz are the future of tennis.
Jannik, such a nice guy, fantastic and healthy attitude and grounded, these all is leading to that he is the greatest ambassador of our loved tennis sport.
La vita è bella!! Congrats to Sinner for this EPIC VICTORY...At 22yo he already became one of most important Italian sportmen. Impossible not to love him, the public is and will be always rooting for him because he's so nice, respectful and humble, and he's so wonderful at playing tennis. in his interview all his being 100% Italian came out when he thanked his mum and dad for being so great with him... Only an Italian does that. Same as Benigni did when he won the Oscar for la vita è bella. And yes, la vita è bella... Grande Sinner 😊 A new Valentino Rossi guys 😊

Lovely to see my favorite tennis player win it all Sinner stoic like the B Borg.
All the joy comes unravelling for a sprightly rookie who promised so much in his early days with some hard-fought wins on hard court last couple of years.Took confidence from all of them with him this year and has reaped rewards since.Amazing journey and one of many more to come. This will certainly give him the boost to land quite a few.
As I said before: Sinner will gain the championship this time and it came true. Congratulations to Sinner, he deserves with it.

Perche non c'e mai una traduzione in italiano?
I think In the near future the 3 big of tennis player will be : Sinner, Alcaraz, and Rune...replacing Novak, Roger and Rafa..!
To Djokovic haters, There's a saying we have in cricket: play boring cricket. That's basically what Djokovic does in tennis. He might be boring but he's the one of the best, if not already. Sinner had undeniable mental resolve, far more than what Medvedev could show. But imagine if you had a stadium with bellowing roars every time Medvedev scored a point, I wonder what would've happened then.
