Randuins lowers Ryze passive damage so even though skarner didnt have MR he was still able to reduce a ton of your damage.

@@RosfieldCont execute doesnt scale, E has way less movement speed, W hitbox is smaller, the burn scales a lot less, he doesn't have a lot of base stats etc.

I know the matchup is probably not favorable at high level, but I tried Veigar into malzahar and stacked to the moon off those yummy voidlings. Beyond that gimmick I could imagine everything else (wave clear, spell shield, silence, scaling, CC) be unfavorable for Veigar idk 😂.

true though ryze is easily the weakest hyper carry, they need to change his ult because the possibility of it being used competitively is so scary that he can only be balanced around his ult, not to mention he’s a hyper carry so when he’s doing “ok” by the general player base consensus, he’s terrorizing high elo and pro play with perfectly timed 5 man tp’s lol

Yeah that skin has a different rocket that lacks a fire trail behind it so it's nearly invisible, especially with the lower graphics that Nemesis uses, its along the realms of the Vladimir skin with the ult in the river.
