@@ceoa…That’s a good question. I don’t know. When Beyoncé came to Houston in September, she performed at the NRG stadium. The Texans play their football games there. It holds around 60,000 people or more. Beyoncé sold out and had 2 shows in Houston. The NRG Arena only holds maybe about 16,000 where Janet performed a few days ago.

I'm a fan of Michael Jackson and every time I see Janet, I'm surprised how much they look alike. I look at her and see Michael: eyes, gestures, facial expressions, voice, movements - she is the female version of Michael ❤

I love me some Janet Jackson! Went to see her in April on the Together Again Tour and was blown away. We are in the same age group and she has all the energy in the world to perform at a high level. I will see her again in concert for sure!

Wow! I was fully impressed with her vocals, especially on Scream and Black cat. She’s preserved her instrument very well. And I loved the songs she did with Rich Harrison, he really got Jan to sing on the songs he produced.

They’re literally two DIFFERENT styles! & there’s many videos of Micheal actually sitting with Janet helping her develop her OWN unique style of singing & performing & Michael asking her opinion on songs that she likes best to put on his albums! They are siblings so there’s definitely going to be SOMETHINGS that sounds a LITTLE same. All singers,rappers,performers have their people they looked up to & got inspired from which eventually comes out in their music too! Just like Michael being inspired by James Brown & his footwork which in turn came out in HIS dancing. They could never be compared because again two TOTALLY different styles. There's a clip here on KZread where they rate the 10 best singers according to lots of criteria....check it out... They do leave some out i think should be in there...no 1 is the Beatles...which Im not sure they should be...as they're a group...but other critea is discussed, and why... Guess who was no 2? Michael...and for all the right reasons. When you are able to listen to songs such as You Are Not Alone, Earth Song, etc, there is a true power in his voice. It is there. These were later in his career and one's he wrote himself after learning so much about songwriting.Some earlier ones dont showcase his actual power and 4 octave range. Off The Wall is an incredible album...discussed in a Documentary of GREATEST ALBUMS... There is also a clip on here (KZread) where a vocal coach analyses artists' voices. He uses the original recordings where you only hear the vocals. He does one on Michael as a child singer, Michael as an adult singer plus one where he's doing his child and adult voice together. It's really interesting. Have a listen. I think many would enjoy and see just how good a singer he was. I loved his child voice so much..as an adult he was good but the clip showing and explaining how his adult voice is so great opened my eyes. Though i do believe having his nose messed up in his second nose job...and the subsequent ones to fix so he could sing his range plus breath correctly...made the sound sometimes quite nasally...then other times like the 2 i stated you can really hear the power. Im sure the guy will do Janet if he hasnt already..she is a great singer and performer, no question. However, I do think Michael had the greatesr talent of all the Jacksons...not putting her down at all..but even Janet has said so herself..and she says she tries to be as good as he was. God love them both. Gifts given to us and how lucky we have been to experience and hear both along with the brothers very early in their careers...Royalty of Music, song and Performance...im grateful i have experienced both...they have been and will.continue to be the sountrack of my life and for generations to come. 🌻🩷🙏

They wrote the song "Scream" together. He asked her to do a song with him on his album. He'd asked before but she wanted to wait until she'd established herself. Once she had and he asked again, she said yes. There are interviews, and even footage of them writing the song together. Please don't compare the siblings. They are both music icons 💕🎶
