Jamie watched your American Road Trip last night - New York. It was awsome ! You are very brave to be out on the streets after dark, in the cold, regardless of camera crews or not. The food from the various cooks looked amazing! Love George - what a great man. As well as the other immigrants who defy the goofy laws to feed one another despite them. Wow! Made it this evening. OMG!! it's delicious! Added pair slices around the edges with the banana in the middle. Actually wasn't as sweet as ti thought it would be and it did indeed benefit from some icecream. It was a crowd pleaser for the family though! Yum! Kids and adults both. :) Thanks Jamie!!!

This is so underrated. I think much better than Gordon's apple version. This on in principle in easier, but there's more dare and risk involved. It's properly flashy cooking/baking. 10/10

this is really cool. I love the idea, and the ingredients are easy and yummy!!! I wish knew where to buy the pastery in Denmark. And i love the way Jamie makes it sound all dangerous. (tho i do understand why he makes a BIG point out of saying it over and over again- some ppl just dont think and their kids get involved and might get hurt) So... he is responsible and a great cook!! :)

Tart tatin is common a-la carte restaurant dish, not very common in commercial stores

why are you stirring caramel? that will cause it to clump wont it? Also I enjoy the classic British health and safety talk about caramel:P

as he said, he stirred it a lot so it wouldn't stick to the tray and also said that those clumps would just melt away later on while cooking =D
