I love the feeling this song brings me, I start creating stories in my head with this music playing, sometimes a love story, sometimes a sad story and sometimes video tapes of old race cars start rolling through my mind. Quando eu era mais nova, sempre ouvia essa musica todas as veses q eu me trancava no quarto, essa musica sempre me traz harmonia até nos dias de hoje.... ela me traz a sensação de libertade, libertação e felisidade, como se uma pessoa conseguisse sentir isso tudo ao mesmo tempo e tentasse descrever... Mas dps de um tempo meus traumas foram aumentando, com pessoas dizendo 'vc e seu irmão estão matando os seus pais!' apesar de eu n fazer nada de ruim e sempre obedecer tudo... mas essa é a rasão dos meus traumas, sempre obedecer, nunca dizer o que sinto, sempre colocar um sorriso falso no rosto para esconder oq realmente acontece comigo... e isso até hoje.. Depois de um tempo voutei a escutar musicas classicas como solas, e isso me ajudou muito, como eu tenho um teclado, costumo aprender musicas que me fazem bem, como greenlives, the journey of life, experience, interestellas, e solas. mas nenhuma dessas musicas me causa tanto efeito quanto solas... com muito tempo de sofrimento escondido, ouvi solas novamente, essa musica me ajudou a sair de perto da depressão que eu estava ganhando, antes de ouvir essa musica de novo, sempre me trancava no quarto e chorava escondido, mas agora, toda a vez que escuto essa musica, sinto a tempestade da minha cabeça ganhando uma harmonia e acaumando o meu ser. Devo muito a Jamie Duffy pela a sua criação, e a Atlantic Lights por fazer este video, muito obrigada mesmo, vcs me ajudaram a sair da confusão da minha mente... só tenho a agradecer... e hoje estou aq, com minha familia me ajudando com meus problemas.. muito obrigada mesmo!

I kinda felt emptiness today as it comes to the anniversary of leaving the place that was my home for 7 years. I'm so exited that I've finally learned this amazing composition! Actually it's the second one I've ever learned after "Color me blue" by myself leaning only on such tutorials, so becaule of lack of experience in playing piano it was extremely hard in the beggining, but finally I've overcame all the difficulties within about 3 weeks practicing, and I'm so proud of myself. I love this music so much, and the feeling that now I'm able to play it is wonderful

Literally i was amazed ❤️

i always play this piece at home and it was so fun to learn the whole song by ear, i love the way on steinway & sons pianos with the pedal down this song sounds so majestic and dreamy, especially in the original song with the violin and string orchestras. i do play this song on the piano quite different sometimes to how this cover is, yet this video is still extremely beautiful and i'd love to see more of these kinda things. i usually have the pedal down and make the notes more mushed together but not too much, quite a bit more than you have though, but this version of solas is still amazing and i love it, good job! :)
