A visitation. I was about to start a reading at a shop in the bank arcade about nine years ago. When i started feeling a strong spirit presence around me and then next to the person sitting waiting for me to start, a nun appeared before me in an old habit she would was about 5ft 5in tall i mentally said to her whats your name. She said Therese, i later put a saint to her name but i realise later she did not say saint. This was an amazing experience spirit allowed me to have to see with my open eyes the full features of a spirit person that being a nun. A verification of our survival after transition. Communication is by thought or telepathy and this was one of my lessons learnt. This was one of a number of seeing and communicating with those in spirit.

When my father died at the hospital, I was out having dinner with my husband. At the end of the meal, I felt a very strong energy rush go through me like a wave, and I just knew something was going on with my father. I felt a bit ill, the feeling was so strong, and when we got home from the restaurant, I went right to bed and fell asleep. I woke 20 minutes later when his wife called to say he had passed on about half an hour earlier, so I felt him leave here. Since then, he has found ways to give me messages that have proven to me beyond a doubt that he is still "himself", remembers his life with us including details. I have always believed that there is a spiritual realm that we join after death, and my feeling has always been that place is "going home", but now, I don't just believe it. My father has proven it to me beyond a doubt...a wonderful peaceful feeling to know this for certain. Now, I just look forward to being with him again. I feel his presence here, but I know I can be closer to him again someday. :)

Funny he mentions that the ones that we do not get along with are our greatest teachers: I do not get along with my older two daughters,especially my oldest. But my hubby and I get along famously and we are best friends. Not to mention he is my teacher here, on this plane. Gotta love JVP ! I am a believer,and have been for a few years now.

Okay I said the same thing

At the cemetery where my mom and sister are buried. Was singing some songs to them and felt a lot of spirits near me. It was amazing and told both them thank the Lord you are in a better place right now. Told them I am missing them nowadays and the world has changed so much. They will always live on in my memories and it can be hard losing a love one. Remember they do watch over us and sometimes come through are dreams. Nobody can live in suffering forever and for those who have suffered around the world. You'll have a greater reward in the afterlife and be in a better existence. May the Lord love and compassion be with you in these scary times that everyone is facing right now.

Oh, please, if you ever make the movie about passing on to the other side, make sure there is a caveat that we must live this current life all the way through its natural cycle no matter how painful; that "short cuts" in leaving have consequences (i.e. having to repeat this same cycle).

Wow, people calling him a fraud!! terrible. I am telling you ALL from personal experience........ I see them too!!! Ever since i was little. Especially in very haunted places with a high energy field.... they start to manifest right before my eyes! This house i rented was so filled with spirit activity i had to move. I didnt know what they were about, but its so real!! They like to touch humans skin, and the younger spirits will sit on my lap and pull up stands of my hair!! Even to this day i see them, and Auras too.

I'm not saying you don't see what you see. I think a lot of paranormal activity is real. People can sense a lot of weird things (I did, but only once). This man does a lot of what's called "cold reading," and some people (like Darren Brown) can do it extremely well. It's not real, though.

***** I really think i do yes. Just from the many experiences Ive had. Here is one example: I met a guy at a coffee shop. We started hanging out, and after about a week we were both watching a movie on my couch. he went upstairs to use the bathroom and as he walked down the stairs i saw a "very tall figure, very thin, gangly armed" man hovering over him. the apparition lasted on a few seconds, and i my eyes just froze. he's like "omg whats wrong" and i explained to him what i saw behind him. he looked at me and said "are u messing me with" and was almost angry . I apparently had described his grandfather to a tee who had passed away many yrs earlier, but his passing had still affected him deeply. I Know it sounds crazy......thats why i never talk about it. its easier to talk about it on YT cuz i dont know you people and you cant really judge me in person.

Some people believe or have faith in something without actually seen it; take God or Jesus Christ for example some people believe they exist without actually seen them. So maybe some people believe in what James Van Praagh is saying for the same reasons. At the end of the day each of us have our own free agency to believe and do what we want and if people find comfort in what James says to them whats wrong with that!

I was "told" that someone died, like it was imprinted on my brain, it's so hard to explain but I was given this information spiritually and two days later it was confirmed. Yes, this man did die the same day as my message. Very specific too, like the message was personal.

Tara Lee, i can relate to your grief because my daughter too has crossed over in tragic circumstances. I used to say "I have lost her" but I now I know she is always Wih me, In me. I was 62yrs then but enrolled myself in learning French. I am in my 3rd semester now. I have no family and fighting a court battle to bring some justice. I do have some loyal friends. I am writing you this because I now know she is happy and safe and always guiding me through my troubles and grief. Keep talking to her as if she's next to you and ask her to come in your dreams. I disagree... with you and with Van Praagh being a legitimate medium. Listen closely and watch him closely. He does a lot of cold readings like Sylvia Browne did. There are a few legitimate mediums as I have had an experience with one of them... just not him.

Its a personal experience 1 that doesn't include drugs, hallucination. Consciousness does indeed continue after death without the brain. Energy cannot be created or destroyed it simply changes FORM into another higher-plane of existence which is eternal in nature.

Seagal Fan 1) Open mindedness does not mean blindly believing whatever crazy idea is put forth. 2) Please demonstrate this "higher-plane of existence" outside your own mind. Your personal experience means nothing to anyone not willing to just take your word for it. What reliable evidence can you present that can be independently verified by someone else? 3) Explain exactly what "energy" is changing form, what form it changes to and how we detect and observe this energy to see if you're right. Consciousness is an emergent property of a functioning physical brain, so how the hell would it continue after that brain stops functioning?

Well Film and TV in the USA is shifting the consciousness in pretty disturbing ways if you ask me. Even the good stuff is loaded with materialism and violence. And the less good to bad is so loaded with revolting production values.

I have to be honest after I did a service I could not recall what I ssidnwhomrecieved communication, this is normal it comes fast and furious, you can talk telepathically to,the Spirit loved one again so,the recipient can understand if it was not caught immediately the first time. Slowly I'm becoming to realize that we will meet our true love, that is inseparable. Wherever we are and we'll be, we remain the same soul.

@@elaineervin3365 I strongly believe in the afterlife on the based on my faith and the logic once God creates one soul and then it's forever. The soul of our deceased loved ones only moves to other dimension unknown for us now.
