As a Norwich fan I’ve only got good things to say about him as a player but this is the first time I’ve really seen him away from the pitch and what an incredibly likeable person he is too. Respectful, inquisitive and articulate. Great video.

Gutted we (Newcastle) didn’t go all out and try to get him in early doors. We’d been sniffing around him for long enough that it looked like we were in with a shout. Great player. I always thought he came across a like a bit of a dick on the pitch but that’s not necessarily a bad thing and he seems like a really nice lad here.

Maddison is a great player, we had him at Aberdeen for a year on loan from Norwich, what a player he was back then. Never forget his winning freekick against Rangers. Brilliant channel Stephen.

I Had the wrong impression of james maddison not too long ago but i now think he is as good a person as you could wish to meet. Top class all around.

I'm a Leicester fan, Maddison will always be a legend around these parts. Always gave it a go and he was the best player in the team, how spurs got him for 40m is ridiculous.

​@@circle2867why not .? Leicester city have only ever won 1 fa cup in their history and 5 major trophies in total..he was part of that fa cup winning team He is a leicester city player of the year . He played 203 games scoring 55 goals Yes got relegated in the end but winning a first ever fa cup with leicster will be remembered more than any relagation That whole team that won the fa Cup will go down as legends in Leicester.

Who’d have thought that young and quiet snooker genius would become such a warm and generous guy. Absolute class.

Haven’t ever supported any of the teams Maddison has played for, but he seems a lovely fella. He’s a superb footballer, and able to hold conversation really easily, which is admirable. Would do well in whatever he turned his hand to post football

Saw Maddison during his brief loan spell at Aberdeen around 2016 and his class was evident then....granted, the standard up here isn't on par with top leagues but enough for Leicester to give him the chance to excel. He more than repaid that opportunity and is a credit to the game. Very humble and great attitude.
