@@manofhatz6495 I never once said anything about money. I said Metallica is the only one left doing anything significant. Anthrax's drummer is with Pantera. Slayer disbanded. MegaDave is still hacking away, but Dave can barely sing anymore, and they change members every month (and I love Dave btw). The other bands disappeared because even their fans grew tired of them, and/or they weren't doing anything relevant to bring in new fans. I love metal and always will. The old washed up former Metallica fans can't understand that you can't just keep making the same album over and over again. It's not 1986 anymore.

You're right, there's hundreds of riffs, if not thousands, and they're all better than yours!

To me this is the best megadeth album in a decade, is dinamic, creative riffs, killer lyrics love it to death.

Megadeths new album is a masterpiece in metal. Every song has cool riffs and great lead guitar, the bass and drums are kilin it as well, the lyrics, well done by Dave Mustaine along with his guitar work as well. Kick ass album cover to cover. Amegadeth and Metallica tour would be fantastic !!

Except Life in Hell alone blows the 72 Seasons album out of the water

True to an extent...but it was Mustaine s music that set the standard for what would become the thrash/metal scene to come ..his work was hijacked not giving him the deserved credit for the longest..

Once saw a renound well known visual artist walk into an exhibition. He stopped at each and every painting from 1 meter distance, for exactly 1 second. There was a strange rhythm to it. Not a word. And without missing a beat, he walked out. I see something similar here. Hedfield is an old pro, he has heard it all. He just doesn't listen like a fan.
