This is Italy - audiences are very appreciative all around the world, but in different ways. Most audiences outside of north America are dead quiet during performances - because they show their respect by intently listening and not distracting from the performance - notice they made noise only 2 times - when James asked for it, saying, "Come on" and at the end of the song. James played all around the world - he knew he was getting love from them!
