this is played on emulator which can enhance few graphics elements like resolution. PS 2 couldn't put out such good resolution,

This was literally my favorite game as a teen... This aged amazingly... Tough to imagine this is 18 years old....

I was in preschool when this came out and the game that got me into gaming. I didn’t know the subtitle of the game was Nightfire so when I asked for the game I just said “007 in the snow”. I confused the shit out of my parents but they got it eventually 😂

Ah, this was the era of gaming where developers needed to do it right the first time! I loved playing Nightfire on my PS2 growing up. Had the Multitap for split-screen and everything. This vid brings on a ton of nostalgic memories - thanks for sharing! 😄

Overwhelming nostalgia, makes me miss better times in my life

I used to bring this game to Halo 2 LAN parties when I was in high school because we never had quite enough spots for everyone who wanted to play (and I liked Nightfire multiplayer better anyway). By the end of the night, we'd have people waiting in line to play Nightfire! Such an incredible game, and this video really brings me back 20(!) years...

This definitely needs a remastered it's such a great James Bond Game, back when EA Games was good was definitely the good times

This needs a release or a remaster, damn I loved this game! Would love to play it again someday

these games are still a lot nicer and fun, than games made today

The memories this just unlocked for me are absolutely unbelievable

Bruh I played this like a crackhead when I was a kid. This was my call of duty growing up

OH MY GOD!!! This game was amazing!!! Nowdays there is no way they are making this kind of games again. They can improve the graphics but man they can never make one like this again, the storyline, the elegance, the missions, the music! Legendary game!!

This game was my favorite PS2 game and still is among my favorite games. Campaign was really enjoyable and felt like an awesome Bond film. Music 10/10. The multiplayer was incredible. I used to 1v1 my friend with guided missiles.

@@Brandon12375 Yep, the levels themselves are much bigger on PS2 compared to the pc version.

Multiplayer in this game was great. Where the golden gun began for me. Was fun playing against bots cooperatively. Driving that Austin Martin felt so smooth and ahead of it’s time.

This is THE James Bond for me. The hours I put in this game as a kid, goodness me!

I remember playing this game with my brothers, good times!

Yeah. this is so nice :O I remember playing this game with my friends in splitscreen mode. We were having so much fun! I still remember lot of this game bugs and etc. We were playing teamdeathmatch anf may more gamemodes, I was a child, but somehow I discovered that I can change weapon type in option :D Like adding remote helis and tanks :D This Nostalgia!!!!!! Used to play this after school everyday! Until the completion of the game loved it!

For some damn reason that one part where you go up the stairs and break into the safe room with the laser has been etched into my mind perfectly for 18 years. I didn't ever even play the game though. I think I was 3 years old and I made my brother replay this mansion level over and over again because I thought it was so fun to watch. This game, secret weapons over Normandy and call of duty finest hour are all games that all make me feel a very welcome feeling in my brain. I wouldnt even neccesarily call it nostalgia, because I know what nostalgia feels like and I dont feel it for these games. It's like I can feel it in my in my head in such a strong emotional way that I can almost feel it as a physical sensation. I can also feel it in my teeth, behind my eyes and in my dreams.

Omg I use to play this all the time when I was younger it was so damn fun

The irony is that it's not just a cliche Bond thing. It's literally every action game in the PS2 era. A lot of these games just got this one hot chick that you either save or run into during missions and then out of no where they start hitting it off lmao. Guess it's just a way to keep teen boys interested back then

2002 it was christmas eve the smell of my mothers apple-pine tree candles filled the entire house the pink & orange sunset filled the sky early morning & I opened this game up with my OG xbox.. It snowed 24 inches outside & my father got me this game for Christmas among a shit ton of other classic nostolgic games from my childhood. Like sega GT 2002 - jet set radio future shenmue II & GTA VC / GTA 3 & metal gear solid II life was so simple & great back then... 💯🙏 as the snow fell I played all day into the night fall eating friend chicken & candy - Thanks dad ❄💀😂

Yes, it's a good game even by today's standards, if a bit short. You can go between being stealthy or loud, and this was before that was a common feature in action games. The level design is pretty clever, too. The second mission has three ways to sneak into the castle grounds, one of which isn't obvious.

I gotta admit this was my first game when I got my PS2 for my 6th birthday in 2002, saw it at Blockbuster and rented it because James Bond seemed cool. This was probably the only 007 game that designed Brosnan well and sounded like him.

I hope a remastered version comes out. I remember being like 6 or 7 playing this game and I see it aged very well.
