Actually not true! Why weren't the standards and measures put into effect before all of this? The govt., are the ones to take responsibility for not properly implementing these necessary and lawful policies and measures to monitor our commuters and drivers safely! Just another show of not being proactive but reactive to take blame away from themselves! Poor governance as usual!

the jamaican justice system failed this school teacher. where is the outcry. questions should be put to them. banning apps is only taking attention from themselves. questions should be asked of the judge that let that rapist go. the security minister should be asked why policies and guidelines were not put in place BEFORE he brought in foreign entities on the jamaican people. we are not asking the right questions of these people who have been in office for DECADES and we are not any safer.

What's the matter with the Jamaican criminal justice system? It lets offenders having committed multiple crimes circulate freely among people. That young women's death is especially tragic because she was thoroughly let down by the government's ineptitude in handling repeat offenders.

Poor lady I feel for her and her family. That horrible man took her life and he was only meant to give her a ride to work 😢

That's so crazy,no information on those scumbags,2022 i came to Jamaica some one booked one of those rides for me from Cross Roads to Bay farm road,less than 3 minutes into the ride i was told by this scumbag driver who says to me, he's going to Stand Pipe to pick up a Person.Thank God i was on the phone with my other half who overheard the conversation and asked that i put the phone on speaker.i couldn't believe that after coming back to Jamaica after 8 years i almost got my 3 points taken away from me.
