@Electric KoolAid the Monday after the fight he gave him zero props and said Jiri was the real champ. Jahamal called him out on it in a joking way on the next show and Ariel got all butthurt. He even tried to bring up the fact that Hill took Dana's side when he slapped his wife. It was the biggest bitch move I've seen from Ariel and I haven't watched the MMA hour since

I do love Jamal Hill tho. I'm happy to see him get his shot, and capitalize on that shot to come away with the Title over Glover of all ppl. I'm sure ppl assumed Glover would do to Jamal, what he did to Jan and everyone else... And he jus performed, put in that work and he put it on Glover for 5 rds.
@noelmoreno1783

Don’t have to be in it for the money to set up a future for your family. Nothing wrong if he sat thru the injury. He loses PPV POINTS on next event he fights in which is insane. That’s literally why there’s interim belts.

Psychedelics killed my drug and alcohol dependencies - one trip two years ago to purge my depression and chronic anxiety from my system was the best decision I ever made. I've done psilocybin mushrooms a few times since, but after my last high dose trip I realized that the medicine has taught me enough for now. I might return to psychedelics later in my life if I ever find a source.

I actually agree that it i not a smart move that Jiri gave up the title. However, it is kind of annoying how Joe has talked up Jiri’s development of a “samurai” lifestyle in the past and how Jiri is all about honor over money, but is now just calling him weird and strange. Joe knows why Jiri did it, and acting like he doesn’t know or understand the motivation simply bc he is talking to the current LHW champ is just irritating.

I still think Jiri giving up the belt was the right play. I'm usually on the same side as Joe and in certain ways I still am on this one but I don't think he should have his balls busted for it. Lt heavy is in contention for the most boring division atm. It's heating up but I couldn't name more than a handful of fighters, by comparison to me being able to almost name the entire Lt weight top 10. Stagnating the belt is the worst thing you could possibly do. Jiri is the man for doing it. It may not be beneficial for him in the long run but the fans will always be there for him because of it.

True just sad he won't be keeping the title very long. Jiri will beat him most likey in round one.
Jiris honor wouldn't let him keep the title, knowing he wasn't in good health to defend the title. He's not in it for the money, he's simply trying to prove he's the best.

Psychedelics killed my drug and alcohol dependencies - one trip two years ago to purge my depression and chronic anxiety from my system was the best decision I ever made. I might return to psychedelics later in my life if I ever find a source.

Why Joe Rogan goin in on Jiri like that
I actually agree that it i not a smart move that Jiri gave up the title.

Jamal vs Jiri is gonna be a tough watch cuz I'm a fan of both. But should be a HELLUVA fight
Jiri voluntarily spent several days in solitary confinement to confront his demons. The dude is ‘heavy’ in every sense of the word!
I just think Jiri is above material and above finances he doesn't exist in our reality. He is he's own temperature he's own gravity he's own ora. He is nothing you think he is. Or isn't. He simply, doesn't care about you or me, he only cares about his next fight and winning that next fight.
