    Aad rehan means that the security ( as land or billa) is not free from encumbrance. Any creditor/bank provides financial help or loan on the basis of security of the loanee. Hence , an entry is made in the Revenue Record . The security is mortgaged in favour of lender without possession. Generally, aad rehan is written in the Remarks column of Jamabandhi so that any outsider person dealing with the such property can be awared that the property is not freehold.

    सर हमारी जमीन 8 कनाल मे से 2 कनाल रेलवे मे चली गयी 2008 मे। अब जमाबंदी अभ्युक्ति मे दिखा रहा है। आपकी ज़मीन रपट न किला न 90004 हरियाणा सरकार के नाम बतौर सिक्योरिटी आड़ रहन हो चुकी है।

    You should contact to your concerning patwari and if he is not taking any interest then to Revenue record office/ Tehsildar office.

    Co sharer ke case mein kiska hissa kiss khasre mein hai kaise pata karna sriman, jaise ki pehle column 4 mein malikon ke naam with bhag likha hai, fir khasre number hai, kiski kaun si khasre mein hai ye kaise pata chalega sriman

    Plz. inform me that Khewat no.is undivided or divided. Generally , in a family , all members of family divide the agriculture land as per their share out of Samlaat land for the purpose of cultivation only and khewat is same. So to know the khasra no. Of each co.share , separate khewat is needed.

    @@successmantrabyjmalik4357 sir you told khewat refers to co-sharer and it is a kind of khata number, Khatuani is also khatA number and land is shared among members than how it is different from Khewat. Does it mean Same set of owners may or may not have same set of cultivators in Khatauni coming under khewat
