Ingredients (20-22 cookies)
1 vanilla bean (can be replaced with vanilla extract)
110g room temperature butter
80g sugar powder, 1g salt
2 room temperature yolks
All-purpose flour 170g (or cake flour), almond powder 30g
corn starch 10g
Raspberry Jam
