hi, the pm indicator is just a sticker. Normally it will have a small dot. You can hold "DOWN" button and follow the steps to change from "AM" to "PM". Once you set "PM", the PM indicating light will be on.

I already set two alarms according to these instructions, but the alarms didn’t go off. There was no sound coming off the clock. How do I fix this?

When the alarm goes off how long would it sound without human intervention?

So I just reset it for daylight savings but now the time isn’t always displaying. It turns off after like 30 seconds. How do I set it to be ‘always on’?

Press the 'Down' button twice and you should see "--:Sd". Once you see this pressing the down button will toggle it. oN:Sd is the setting that times out the display.

I should add I found that out from the comments section of another wooden clock that looked similar to this one.

after inserting battery it is getting ON. pressing reset Button shows counting 0 to 9 in all 4 display. Did I got faulty product?
