Jakob was born in Gothenburg, Sweden. Childhood was challenging but he enjoyed spending time alone in nature and was creative from an early age. In the teen years there was an interest in spirituality and at the age of 25, Jakob moved to India where he spent three years in Tibetan Buddhist monasteries.
During the spiritual search, Jakob lived in many locations around the world, including the US, South America and Europe. In 2010 he was introduced to non-duality which he studied for many years, mainly with Mooji, Eckhart Tolle and Rupert Spira, where he realized his True nature. Jakob became more anchored in his True nature whilst watching conversations on David Bingham's KZread Channel.

Thank you David 🕉️& Jakob 🕉️ I had a very powerful healing experience while listening to this particular conversation ✨✨✨ I had a very similar childhood Jakob & when David asks you were you rebellious ~ it triggered my own rebellion and subsequent beatings! I went from focusing on my eyelids in bliss ~ to feeling RAGE fill me whole being! I have been doing healing (& teaching) work for 40+ years in this life so I was also shocked by my response. I was more pissed that I was no longer in bliss!! I asked Source what to do about it? & they replied "NOTHING! Don't try to hide it or change it or fix it. Just go back to focussing on your Effortless Being behind your eyelids." To my complete surprise ~ within less than a minute or two ~ the anger was completley gone. At first I could feel both the bliss & the anger and very shortly after there was nothing but BLISS! I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS BREAKTHROUGH David & Jakob. I was thinking of writing to you David & asking how do we stay in bliss AND DEAL WITH THE POOP WHEN IT COMES UP! I think I may have found that answer in this conversation. I will definitely sit with this for a while longer & keep practising being in Effortless Being when "stuff" is happening around me. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
