Whilst a lot of this back of forth is mind games, it's not just about getting inside your opponents head, it's also about creating expectations for yourself that you feel you have to fulfill. It reminds me a bit of the part in Pumping Iron where Arnold phoned his Mum in Austria to let her know he had won the day before the competition.

The rivalry was huge, but I believe Herb Elliot came out on top, winning the Gold in Rome Olympics 1960. Good luck . The winner will be the one best prepared and best strategist. I See a Man Downstairs Lyrics Ain't but one way out, Lord, I ain't goin' out that door Ain't but one way out, Lord, I ain't goin' out that door There's a man down there, May be your man, I won't know Lord you got me trapped woman, Up on the second floor; If I get by this time, I won't be trapped no more. So raise our window baby, I can ease out soft and slow And lord, your neighbors, Won't be talking stuff they don't know. Lord, I'm foolish to be here in the first place, I know some man gonna walk in and take my place. Ain't no way in the world, I'm going out that front door Cause there's a man down there, Might be your man I don't know. Cause there's a man down there, Might be your man I don't know. Sonny Boy Williamson feat. Jimmy Page Lyrics A bold statement is "Sick and injured, hitting a tree in Kenya in a fatal car crash...on the planes of earth or in the fires of hell I am kicking his ass!" That is a real statement. No one has respect for cocky people and that is also poor sportsmanship!!! There's a difference between being competitive and being egomaniac cocky!!! Don't forget that Josh set the indoor 2 Mile world record which is a huge achievement!!! I'm sure that Josh has the ability to run under 8 minutes also indoors and Outdoors for the 2 mile run. Dont forget he was sick when he lost to him at worlds. He beat him every other time they have raced AFAIK. His PBs are better. If you were a bookie you'd probably have Kerr at 10/1 to beat him.

He was not sick. Don't be so gullible. Whiteman showed he is vulnerable without a pacemaker and Kerr proved it beyond doubt.

So if I had a good golf score and then I beat you once then everyone should talk about me. It still remains that jakob beat kerr probably a dozen times. I remember when kerr wasnt even in the top 5 or 6 athletes and thats been not long ago. So he had a good half a year and beat jakob once off a front running race at the end and I supposed to think Kerr is now the goat cause TRP thinks so. Hmmmm

Pin my coment Please make a video over the fastest 800m runner in the World 21 year old Emmanuel Wanyoni from Kenya He just distroyed the road mile goat hobbs kessler in an WR for the road mile on his debut for the distance 🤯🤯🤯 and he jogged that time looked like threshold lol Jakob beat Josh, Wightman beat Jakob, Hobbs beat Wightman, Wanyoni beat Hobbs that means EMMANUEL WANYONI WILL WIN THE MEN’s 1500m and 800m ☝️

This is your worst video by far. You didn't bother with the whole quote. Why was that? Maybe because he was talking about the hoops athletes had to jump through because of covid. Weird you would leave that part out. Don't present yourself as some kind of journalist if you are going to show no journalist integrity

Honestly... TRP....I thought you knew more....There is no rivalry....PERIOD. Look at the stats. Josh had A good season, Jakob had 10 good seasons....Jakob is the master here, and Josh is the chaser....It's like challenging Michael Jordan on a shootout....gimme a break...Josh is changing his diet, training, and everything he can think of, just to be able be behind all kinds of mikes in interviews, podcasts whathaveyou, to mention the Master's name....pathetic, I won't be surprised, when Josh pulls out of the Olympics due "injury"....mark my words.....and enough of the nonsense......

Jakob and Josh would do better by keeping their mouth shut and performing hard. It‘s just unprofessional behaviour. What are these bullshit stuff statements all about? This is why I prefer athletes like Yared Nuguse and Femke Bol from who you won‘t hear anything like that!
