I think President Obama did not like Jake Tapper that much. They have had back and forth and Tapper has called Obama on several things. It is why Obama made fun of him at the Correspondents dinner.

Using a poor excuse to justify Trump? You sound like a whiny child that says "but...but...but... poor excuse". The only reason Trump won was because Hillary was seen as much worst and was much unpopular, she was basically the Democrat's answer to Nixon. In the South, Trump was formerly seen as a whiny liberal brat who needed an ass whoopin as a child. Now out of desperation in one of the worst US elections, the South suddenly saw Trump as there last hope only because Hillary was seen as much worst. I guarantee that if any of the past popular presidents, like Reagan or Obama, entered the election, Trump would lose much of his political and popular support and much of his supporters would've treated him as nothing more than a spoiled celebrity. Where I come from, the military communities, he's seen as nothing more than as a total loser by even the most conservative US soldiers.

+Clark Gable I think hiring Mattis as SOD is definitely one of Trumps better decisions. I know a fair amount of soldiers, from retired veterans to military personnel from liberals to conservatives, who agree that Mattis as Secretary of Defense is definitely one of Trumps better decisions as well. However many of the military personnel I know of who respect Mattis, still think Trump is a loser who has no idea what he is doing. A lot of them are especially worried after retirement, looking for jobs on the federal or local level with the recent decisions Trump has made. Mattis on the other hand is an honorable man who will not take Trump's bullshit, is loyal to the ideas that the US constitution represents, and will try to advise Trump to prevent him from doing too much damage to the country. According to many soldiers I know, Trump and most of his other cabinet members are not worthy of being in the same room as Mattis.

Jordan Smith exactly that's his point of course it's his job but the whole belief comment is the problem, you can't make a statement in the form of a fact and then pivot it to be a belief when there is no evidence. Even Jake Tapper knows that is simply illogical. It's like me posting on your wall "your a criminal", then when your friends and family and the police ask what evidence I have I say "oh it's my belief" to be doing this on a presidential level is insane.

SuperGraynard Haha that's one way of putting it. You do know that there's a lot of fake/exaggerated stories out there, mainly coming from MSM. So this guys comment saying you have a mental disorder is actually true. You're choosing to discredit facts and hold onto baseless opinions driven by an agenda. The irony is that the ones who started the 'fake news' trends are the ones who are spreading the fake news. Sort of throwing the blame at the start so they look innocent.
