We always called them the baker's nose. My Dad actually loves those pieces. "He can smell you," was a running creepy joke growing up.

Whoever wrote this skit earned their money. One of the few SNL skits in the last several years that was genuinely funny! Loved it!
That bit was so brilliant. I especially loved it when the son started wearing a State Farm shirt. And at the end when Limu and Doug from Liberty Mutual showed up. That was awesome.

Mikey Day and Streeter Seidell. They also wrote the Roach X sketch with Don Cheadle the other commenter is referring to. They have similar premises, but they are completely different and both are hilarious.
I knew Michael b Jordan was a hell of an actor but I didn't know he could have such good comedic timing This guy's legendary.
A three minute skit should win Oscar for best movie. It had a beginning, a middle, and an incredible plot twist at the end. Also it setup for a sequel to see how well Liberty treats him as a customer.

At one time people thought SNL was only getting worse but a sketch such as this helps the show so much. This was hilarious!!!
This was so funny! I love that Jake just kept Catch phrasing him was Great!!!
Didn't know Michael B. Jordan had comedy chops! This skit is legitimately one of the funniest SNLs in a long time. Give the sketch writers a big raise!

I love how this evolved from a harmless State Farm commercial, to a horror thriller, and then to a Liberty Insurance attack ad. And the Limu Emu jingle was the cherry on top.

I have watched this sketch at least a dozen times. It's hilarious.
Wow that was great! Also the fact he merely quoted standard insurance catchphrases was great.
That psychotic yet confusing delivery of "save even more when you bundle a home and auto," while sternly whispering into the husband's ear that's backed up against the wall... This is a legendary sketch. Up there with Ryan Gosling's Santa sketch.

Every time I watch an actual State Farm ad I flashback to this snl skit.
“Hey do you want some coffee?”, was the precursor to the rest of the skit lol “Jake from StateFarm you’re still here.” Rotfl🤣🤣🤣 I stumbled across this gem looking for 1 of their commercials, I haven’t watched SNL in a minute

That was one of SNL's best skits. Also, I've never thought about it before, but most insurance commercials are low-key horror stories.
