A British Racing Green, Series 1 Jaguar (particularly in such lovely condition) must, surely, be the world's most beautiful car. And, if not the most beautiful, then not far from it. My understanding is that Sir William Lyons was involved in the design of the Series 1 Jaguar. That would certainly explain the faultless lines and proportions. Just beautiful.

The series 1 is my favourite, the BRG and the guy from Russia cars were both superb.

I had a daimler xj40 93 regency red for 10 years love it 😀

Thank you very much for sharing these videos. I always enjoy them, especially the historic and racing prepped XJ models. Here in the US (Arkansas) we usually only get to see the "grand old ladies in metallic beige" out driving around.

Sunday 15th August at Hyde hall Chelmsford Essex, Jaguar drivers club summer meet and picnic, they have kindly invited the Bentley drivers club along as well so hopefully be some nice jags and bentleys on show

All xjs a beautiful to look at. I ask jag fans why ruin it with new x351. Jaguar could have done what rolls and Bentley have Done. Modern yet classic. Come on Jaguar bring back the xj as beautiful car again. Sorry x351 fans. It's no Jaguar.
