In this video I finish the installation of the blind spot radars and then program them in using Jaguar SDD.

Luckily mine is a 2016 model year XF and has these detection and they help a lot during rain and poor visibility.
I have a 2009 XF S 3.0d portfolio model which is pre face lift and mine came with blind spot detection fitted and acc

Thanks, this video is very helpful. Do you know if the xml file will need editing on a car that had this fitted at the factory? I have an issue with my BSM on xf x250 and I swapped the radar that it flagged as faulty but will need follow what you did in ssd. I do already have the software and used to it deactivate the BSM to remove the warning until I can hopefully fix it.

It depends if the modifications you've done to the software in the past have removed the txt in the xml file. They shouldn't have but if they have then you'll just have to copy and paste the information from an xml file that does have the information if that makes sense

I can't remember now it was a while ago... Might be worth getting a JAg specialist to do it for you, I remember being scared 🤣
Hi again, so i purchased and installed the folding mirrors and i also got the blind spot modules. I was wondering what and how did you modify the file to get the modules to work correctly?

I remember it being a massive pain and it was tricky as the software kept replacing the file I was trying to over-write... find a Jaguar specialist who can do this for you as so much can go wrong when making these sort of changes
From where can I buy all the stuff (monitoring system and side mirrors)?

I bought a laptop with it pre-installed from eBay, which also came with a Mongoose cable
