Great info with the make and models. Looking into the 3L supercharged gasoline.
A Land Rover specialist advised me to avoid the Ingenium 2 litre diesel engines... too many problems. I hope the petrol versions are better...

I had an xf 2.0 188 bhp diesel. Fantastic car. No problems in 80k miles. Only serviceable items. Drove from the UK to Italy and back fully loaded with me the wife and 2 x kids. It didn't miss a beat. Fantastic car.

I have just bought 2017 f pace 2.0 diesel, the rpms for eco gear changes are happening at 2500rpms is this normal?

Yes, depends on how gentle you are with the throttle
Ha yeah my intercooler went on me with only 20k on the odometer
