Jaeger's method | Determination of SURFACE TENSION | in HINDI | EduPoint
In this video in Hindi we discussed how surface tension of a liquid is determined by Jaeger's method. This method is based on the principle that the excess pressure inside an air bubble is equal to the twice of the surface tension of the liquid in which the bubble forms over the radius of the air bubble. The apparatus, we use in this experiment, consists of a Woulf's bottle, a thistle funnel, a pipe, a capillary tube, a manometer, and a container full of the liquid containing the liquid whose surface tension we are going to evaluate.

Badhiya sir ji
Great explanation sir
really great
what is procedure of making best bubble making solution as per thing available in India for example dish washing liquid or soap .
Thanks sir for nice explanation
is adding coolant with water , effect the surface tension of soap solution
Very good video
Thanks for making this concept so easy
Nice explanation 👍
Love you sir
sir could u plz tell how to determine when the bubble is of the same diameter as the capillary tube?
great work ...keep it up.

NYC explain ion sir
Why capillary tube is taken to form the bubble? Can we take any tube of greater radius than capillary tube as a replacement? Please reply sir
Jaegers methode aur capilary raise methode same hi hota hain kya..please sir tell

Why do we need a liquid of higher density in the manometer if the liquid in the container with the capillary has a greater surface tension?
