    Tyga be successful for a long time, he was supposed to have died out a long time ago. But still making hits, much respect to Tyga Tyga. I feel like they don’t have to be promoted or showed they way lil Wayne what him or everybody in the group to be showed. Like I believe Lloyd Banks working with other rap artists really help his career and would have been bigger if he would have stayed doing that.

  • @agniforma2340

    @agniforma2340

    Жыл бұрын

    What you say is true and I tell you exactly the reason why. It' s because both Tyga and Banks are part of BIG rap scenes. Tyga is part of the new school LA rap scene and they had the DJ Mustard sound which was hot during the whole previous decade, and Tyga used and still uses this sound. He is in the same scene as YG, Dom Kennedy etc are which is huge out West. And Lloyd of course is a NY rapper and he is Dope, and we all know how much being a good Mc means in NYC. If you can spit you will have a spot in NY no matter the era. Plus he keeps making songs with Jadakiss, Styles P and now Griselda. So these cats don't really need a label because they are parts of scenes with established fan bases and the artists of those scenes always collaborate and keep each other hot. It's like being in the same crew but unofficially

    Not Wayne. And I’m not sure Drake has surpassed everyone now. I feel Lil Baby, Roddy Rich, Travis Scott & Gunna has a chance to surpass Drake. Megan the Stallion has a chance to surpass Drake. Pop Smoke would’ve had a chance to surpass Drake if he was still alive. Out of all the people that can surpass Drake is Roddy Rich cause he has good song structure the way he formats his hooks & verses very well & not saying he’s more melodic than a Drake but Rich be taking more risk with his voice than Drake
