Jade was being mean from the start by making Tori improvise as a dog and then pouring ice coffee on her. In my opinion, Tori can be annoying at times but Jade was mean towards Tori from the start.

i think she always bullied her cuz she was afraid that her bf left her for tori, in the first episode she kissed him, and when they broke up they we’re about to kiss and date. so the only way she could prove she was stronger was by pushing tori away by bullying her. in the episode where tori and jade went on a “date”, u can see jade being nice to tori, (by giving her compliments) u can see it’s quite hard for her even tho she knows tori is talented and pretty. now i personally ship them. but i’ll explain y if someone wants to know 😂

Don’t get me wrong, I loved Jade and still LOVE Liz Gillies as a person. But the people in the comments saying Tori DESERVED all the bullying?! Whaaat? Let me set a few things straight. For those of you saying “Tori started it by flirting with Beck in the first episode”, I hope you realize that Tori was new to the school and that was her very first encounter with Beck. Of course she’s not going to know he has a girlfriend! She hadn’t even met Jade yet. Besides, she was just trying to rub the coffee out of Beck’s shirt. When she asked Beck to kiss her in the first episode, it was BECK’S responsibility to say NO, because he was in a relationship. And let’s not forget Jade literally spilled COFFEE on Tori in front of the whole class!! Hell, if someone did that to me I’d do MORE than just kiss their boyfriend. Id be FUMING, as anyone else would if this was real. For those of you saying Tori was a horrible person to Jade, let me summarize a few key events that some people seem to forget. • Tori refused to kiss Beck EVEN after he ended things with Jade. Why? Because even though she liked him, she couldn’t do that to a friend. Before this, Jade literally STOLE her role at the Platinum Music Awards. And she still had the decency to be loyal to Jade even after this happened. • Tori found a woman who would willfully pay for Jade’s play, even after she was nasty to her in the first scene. When the woman wanted to change things in her play, Tori even helped arrange it in the end so Jade could still have it the way she wanted. • After Jade faked the whole “bloody eye” thing, Tori STILL took the blame for Jade so she wouldn’t get in trouble. I sure as hell know I wouldn’t be that nice to someone who tried to ruin my reputation in front of my whole school. • When Tori and her friends all got sent to prison during their trip to Yerba, Jade wouldn’t stop intimidating a strong prisoner. She shoved Jade to the ground and if Tori didn’t step in and stop the fight, Jade probably would’ve gotten beaten up for that. And then she STILL had the audacity to say she didn’t need Tori’s help. Like... what? Keep in mind, these are only a FEW highlights of her kindness towards Jade, despite her literally being a ruthless bully. Don’t get me wrong, I know Tori wasn’t the perfect character. But literally ALL of the characters have done at least ONE wrongdoing in the show, so bashing Tori for some of the things she did in the show is just unfair and really shows what kind of a person you are. I’m done here.

My question is: Who would pick toris audition instead of jades or cats? I gotta admit, Jade has every right to hate Tori. Tori always gets the main role and when she came to the school, she started ruining people's dream. The prom when Jade planned her play for months, Jade becomes an understudy. But personally thats true, but tbh Jade came rough in the first ep of Victorious and unnecessarily poured coffee to Tori .-. sure she may have wiped Beck's chest but she wasnt trying to hit on him. Thats the only time where Jade is genuinely a bitch. But other parts she has a reason for hating tori because tori always get the main role and being selfish.

Doesnt mean no one is gonna die doesn't mean its not a big deal. She was nice to everyone but Jade genuinely did that to her with no valid reason. Tori was trying to help beck but Jade thought of it the wrong way. Also, if its not a big deal, would you just play along and stay nice about it when someone poured coffee on your hair and on your clothes? No, Beck did nothing and accepted it. When you think about it, everybody on the show is sort of crazy. Tori: trusts everybody, will let others tell her what to do Beck: absolute shit boyfriend, kissed a girl he barely knew in front of his girlfriend Jade: taking beck back oml- Cat: always been a little odd but I blame that on childhood trauma Robbie: obsessed with broken glass, is forever carrying a puppet around (but I’m okay with it because I think that’s his way of expressing himself) Sikowitz: oh come on you can’t look at him and think he’s sane Edit: I forgot Andre, soooo. Andre: whenever he has a sort of overwhelming feeling (e.g. when his grandma is driving him up the wall or when he liked Jade) he can’t physically deal with it

All you bandwagoning Tori's haters in the comment section should watch the whole show and not just some episodes. Tori helped Jade get back with Beck, she helped her get 1000 bucks to make her play, she was always nice to her and wanted to be friends with her asking for hugs, she turned down Beck because she didn't want to hurt Jade even though they had broke up... How about all these things?. And Tori didn't know that Jade had planned her play the same day of her prom, and Tori and Beck's kiss was just a stage kiss Tori did as a payback for Jade pouring coffee on her head during her first day of school. And beck could have also pulled away but he didn't. Also when Beck tried to kiss her for real to be with Tori after breaking up with Jade in Tori goes Platinum Tori refused cause she wanted to be a loyal friend to Jade despite Jade not even considering her a real friend.

Toris character was written badly though but it’s not Victoria’s fault at all she just acted the way they wrote it. Victoria can sing well it’s just she doesn’t have a wide range and the staff knows it that’s why they prepared songs which are compatible with her range. The songs were written so she doesn’t have to sing in a higher range and strain her voice.

Everyone's saying how Jade has every right to hate Tori, but Jade was-and still is-a bully waaayy before Tori even started "stealing" her thunder. Tori never purposefully went out of her to steal other people's thunder and she was never mean to anyone. Jade, on the other hand, demeans Tori every chance she gets. And if hating Tori really wasn't Jade's fault, then Jade wouldn't be bullying everybody else in school, which she does. She's even mean to her own boyfriend. It is clear that Jade has some serious issues with jealousy (e.g. she get's jealous when any girl that Beck talks to even when he's super faithful). So her problem with Tori is not about Tori at all. If this were real and not a show Jade would actually be a really toxic person. There are also people under other Victorious clips saying how Tori should not have been the main character/star of the show because the other characters are more talented. I agree that the others are better singers, but Tori's personality suits her as the leader/star of the show.

“She kissed jades boyfriend” As if beck didn’t know what he was doing. Y’all are quick to blame the girl when really Beck could have avoided the situation all together. tori isn’t the one to be entirely blamed for Tori: I know what would make you feel better Beck: Jumping jacks? Tori: Kiss me Beck: Let’s do it He could have said.. Let’s NOT do that Y’all call yourselves victorious fans but you’re saying things that make it seem like you didn’t even watch the show smh Literally grabbing things out of context and out of order to make it seem like tori was a bad character. people are mad at tori because she is the main character, who we are supposed to relate to And is a good person, yet in the first episode, she kisses someones boyfriend just to piss her off, i agree that Beck is also responsable, but tori wasnt innocent. She also kissed cats boyfriend later in the show.

I don't understand when in shows and movies when people just stand with their mouth open when something gets done bad to them. I wouldn't just be standing there I'd be like "dude square up we're fighting"

cant we just agree that almost all the characters had their good AND bad moments?

imagine you are doing great and then some girl comes along and gets everything handed to her that you worked hard for for so long I don’t blame jade to be honest

Yes, Tori's character is quite boring and annoying, but Jade was straight up mean and a really bad person/friend.

Jasmine Thompson and evening when jade saw it as a rivalry. When beck tried to kiss her she said no because jade was her friend. Tori is nicer to jade than jade has ever been to her. Jade saw it as a rivalry but after everything tori still saw her as a friend, it’s just quirky to hate tori now

Andre has anger issues, he's bad as a roommate, threteaned Robbie and many people, he is mean to Robbie and Cat, he got a crush for Jade, he broke Robbie's PearPad just because he was being annoying and he never apologized for this actions

People don’t understand how voices work. There is a good reason Tori was the star of the show and not Cat or Jade. If you studied music or have been in Choir you’d understand that Tori’s voice is superior to both Cat’s and Jade’s voice ranges. I wouldn’t bother paying attention to any comments on here. I’m pretty sure they don’t know a thing or two about singing. They probably read some things on the internet or just think just because Cat’s voice can go high and Jade’s voice is great in the low...that they’re better singers. Just ignore them.

If I encountered someone like jade, I would have made her life a living hell

There is absolutely nothing deep about Jade. Only thing to her is what's on the surface. At least Tori has the character to admit her mistakes and help others when they need it.

you guys are so quick to hate on tori u didn’t even realize how often Jade sabotaged her, lies to get her own way, and constantly made fun of tori. tori had her own issues but that doesn’t mean jade bullying tori is right
