Jade Plant Cuttings First Prune (Saving My Jade Plant Update Summer 2020)

It's been a year since my Jade plant almost died from rot. In this video I give an update on the two rooted branches and also the original stump. The original stump has grown well and is looking very healthy although the two cuttings suffered from leaf drop over winter due to cold temperatures and are now requiring their first prune to improve their shape.

I'm happy to see you published an update on your Jade Plant. I've been following it for a a couple of years now. The resilience of crassula ovata is truly astonishing.

Great good to know ... my neighbors cut down some huge huge jade plants three to four feet tall ... they’ve been just shriveling up so I’m going to try and save them :-) I appreciate your channel Thank You

I'm afraid to prune my jade! It's quite large and I've never pruned it before. I'm planning on giving it a try probably in February next year.

Love your videos, especially the time lapse. Is it possible to include a photo here? I have one jade plant that every few days a leaf or two has a dark spot on it that is very mushy. I remove those leaves. The rest of the plant is very healthy. Any idea what it is and what I can do to save my plant?
