Jade Plant Cuttings First Prune (Saving My Jade Plant Update Summer 2020)
It's been a year since my Jade plant almost died from rot. In this video I give an update on the two rooted branches and also the original stump. The original stump has grown well and is looking very healthy although the two cuttings suffered from leaf drop over winter due to cold temperatures and are now requiring their first prune to improve their shape.

This entire update series illustrates how insanely robust jades are. :)
I'm happy to see you published an update on your Jade Plant. I've been following it for a a couple of years now. The resilience of crassula ovata is truly astonishing.
Lovely video, as always :) thank you! You are helping me figure out how to take better care of my jade tree
Here from South Africa, have a Jade plant mother used to take care of. I'm deliberating how to tackle it and your videos have helped.
Glad to see an update, looking forward to seeing more 🌿
I really enjoy this series, watched it all in chronological order! Kind of sad there's not more, I don't want to wait 🤣
Great good to know ... my neighbors cut down some huge huge jade plants three to four feet tall ... they’ve been just shriveling up so I’m going to try and save them :-) I appreciate your channel Thank You
I’ve just watched the previous three videos yesterday, nice coincidence!
Thanks for doing this update
Thank You so much for sharing this process! This gives me Hope for my own Jade i have to prune rigorously :‘D
They look great
Great job
Great recovery on the stump. Looks cool. What do you feed the jade's with and how often?
Спасибо очень приятно и красиво маленький дерево
I'm afraid to prune my jade! It's quite large and I've never pruned it before. I'm planning on giving it a try probably in February next year.
Love your videos, especially the time lapse. Is it possible to include a photo here? I have one jade plant that every few days a leaf or two has a dark spot on it that is very mushy. I remove those leaves. The rest of the plant is very healthy. Any idea what it is and what I can do to save my plant?
I have a very very very large jade plant it was given to me about 20years ago and my hand shake as I can't trim it.
How did you get rid of the thrips and aphids?
Loved following this plant from the beginning. Its my absolute favourite!
Great video! Do you have any other varieties of jade plants?
